Smyths Toys Superstores

We wanted to check the available car seats for our twins in store today and there was a lovely young lady with glasses and a head scarf. She greeted us with a smile and helped us to choose the right car seat. Unfortunately I didn't ask her name. Thank you for your help.

Excellent service. All the staff were polite, and very professional. They also strictly adhered to excellent social distancing, mask wearing / face shields etc. I used click and collect service and this was well prepared. Couldnt recommend more! Really brilliant!

This new Smyths store in Enfield is brilliant. It’s laid out with so many toys it makes you so excited to see. The store is also COVID secure and you never feel worried, the staff are polite and helpful and it was a really positive experience. I will definitely make it my go to shop from now on. Can’t recommend this store enough.

So happy to have a Smyths Toy superstore in my area ???????? purchased my daughters toddler bed and mattress this week. Great value for money and free delivery service ???? no brainer ????

Xmas eve advertising 8.30am opening. Click and collect said available to collect from 8.30am. Queues had formed for last minute bits to be collected. We asked why at 8.30 why no one was getting served as two workers setting up barriers and they replied they open 9am. A manager came out and said they open 9 and we all showed them what was advertised on website. Staff all rolled in to start at 9. There is no communication with marketing as a store manager should know what time to open when different. Even the door sign said closing 4.30pm with the advertised close time as 5pm on website.

I will not visit this store again. The customer service I received today was disgusting. The manager, Christine, was rude and started to walk away from me whilst I was talking to her and told me she wouldn't waste her time talking to me. Isn't it her job to assist customers? She needs to be re-trained on her customer service skills. Went to another Smyths branch the same day and they were better skilled to deal with my enquiry.

Myself and my son both purchased a travel cot from smythe Enfield store on click and collect my payment went through and money came out account but never got a comformation email of order . My son did the same again money was taken but no conformation of order again Have tried ringing the store several times and have no reply no one even answers the phone My son has had the same Avoid this smyths toys especially the click and collect as you will lose your money Still waiting to get my and my sons money back and a apologies

Staff are amazingly well trained. Managers are extremely friendly and I will definitely be back to shop again!

I have been in this new A10 store 3 times since it opened recently. The store itself is amazing and packed with toys. The store is COVID secure. Staff are well trained in procedures. Staff are all friendly, helpful and very polite. Well done Smyth's.

Visited this store prior to tier 4 to do my christmas shopping and was suprised to see how tidy and full the shelves were (despite Christmas rush). Covid restrictions were being followed by all staff which made me feel confident shopping here. Staff members I spoke with were polite and helpful. The manager Christine was knowledgable and able to help pick out gifts for a newborn (as a clueless shopper). Will be coming back once it reopens.

Store manager Christine What is the rudest person I have ever met in my life I have told her my issue and what I was not happy about as a customer she should’ve apologised to me and try to keep the situation calm she has handled it in a wrong way I managed businesses myself as well and what she done was totally out of order I will never visit the store again , Christine Who ever she is she has told me she is the manager she definitely needs to be trained before she actually does manage a store, I will not visit the store again and because of the bad experience I have had I will definitely tell friends and family not to visit them I haven’t use the other stores and I have never had that issue like this

I am disappointed for the way i got treated by the store Manager ‘Christine’; even though i wanted to speak to her for what the security has done she still decided to be rude instead of apologising, i will never go to this smyths store again, i always visit Loughton and finchey never had any issues, thought ill try this store but they are rude especially Store manager Christine, she didn’t apologise and she told me i can compaint and write a bad review instead of trying to keep the good name and persuade me to write a good review, She decided to say no do whatever you want she didn’t even apologise for the mistake they made, I made a payment and I left and the security at the door asked me for the receipt even though she has seen me pay for it this has made me feel so uncomfortable I understand they are doing their job but they shouldn’t of asked because they have seen me pay for it I had the receipt I had a bag in my hand so if I have a bag and a toy is in the bag it means I have paid for it, I would understand if she hasn’t seen me come from the till but the security lady did see me pay for it and I have wanted to complain to the manager but the store manager decided to say oh no We are right we do this to everyone blah blah blah she cannot talk to customers like that that store is a new shop it’s meant to have a higher reputation than the other stores as it’s new if you carry on treating customers this way you always have complaints and bad reviews for this store, Christine Was a really rude manager I do not understand how Smyths And employ a really rude staff member like that it is totally out of order, i Definitely will not visit the store again, They lost a customer and I am sure they will lose even more compared to other stores they are really bad

Staff are extremely helpful definitely my local store now

Asked for a gift wrapping but the staff told me they don't do any but transparent bags.
