Kings Tea: Bestway has just introduced --Kings Tea. It is loose tea packed in gold foiled bag. Tea is lovely and there is no other place to buy this tea. We google it and saw it is in London. So we buy from Bestway Leicester.

The customer service, is really bad, couldn't even help me by finding a price out, as booker never had coffee I was after, could not tell me price as I was not a member and I asked to speak to the store manager, the receptionist said he busy, duty manager also busy, keep it like it was her own warehouse and rules in place. I been loads cash carry but not had this bad service.

Very busy Cash and Carry but still workers manage to give wonderful customer service, helpful and cooperative staff.
It is part of Bestway Cash and Carry Group. Excellent customer service and nice and clean cash and carry/warehouse. They sell all products ranging from catering to grocery and confectionery to non food. Only open for retail and businesses. Facility of click and collect order. Open 7 days.

By far the best cash and carry in Leicester very professional great service highly recommend them, you may be able to get some cigarettes slightly cheaper sometimes at another "cash and carry", but the place I'm talking about are very unprofessional, have no idea how to talk to their customers and try to force you to buy other products the place looks like a broken down warehouse and they hardly have anything there "stick to Bestway"
