I was impressed with the competitive prices and quick delivery. I got most of my items. I got a refund for items they did not have in stock but did not which items until I saw my invoice when goods arrived. They should inform clients of what they don't have in stock before goods are dispatched. Either than that happy with my order.

*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ***
This company took my money for an order through Paypal, then said they could not fulfil it unless I paid by bank transfer instead.
They refunded the amount and I paid by bank transfer, but then claimed they did not have any stock of what I'd ordered after all...
6 weeks later, and after many phone calls and emails, they still refuse to return my money.
*** DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! ***

The delivery was delayed due to current circumstances but my email requesting an eta received a swift & friendly response. On receipt one box had been dropped so all the bags within were broken open, hardly their fault but perhaps something of note for the future. In all good value, good service and will happily be ordering from you again.

Delivery was efficient but maybe a little too efficient as over half of my stock has arrived damaged! I’ve emailed MX twice and phoned several times to a dead line that gets cut off. I have used this phone number successfully in the last two weeks so I know it can connect. Poor customer service as far as I’m concerned.

Website states free delivery on orders over £200 I placed my order which was over £200. I was contacted, they were asking for £40+ vat for a wooden pallet! Yes that's right a wooden pallet! Which would be 40% vat in total for my order which wouldn't make it profitable at all. Hardly wholesale!? I think you need a new courier service. I've ordered from wholesalers many many times and they don't charge for wooden pallets.

Originally had an issue with some items being damaged, however after communicating with MXWholesale, it was established this was due to delivery company. MXWholesale were quick to respond and were kind enough to replace the damaged items and apologise. Great products, excellent prices and outstanding communication.

First ordered rom them just before the lockdown started. Sent a couple emails and was told they were experiencing very high demand. Was sent an email, in early June asking if I was still interested on my order, I canceled the order. Was not charged at all.
Ordered from them again last week and chose to pick up from them. Was bit difficult to find them at first but, whe I did they were good. A coulls of items out of sotck, so was not charged for them. Some of my products feel cheap but, for the price, was expectable. No issues. Will definitly use again.

I ordered supplys over 2 weeks ago and nothing has turned up even though everything I ordered showed as in stock. I emailed to cancel my order and requested a full refund which I still haven't got. Takes days to get back to me but no refund still! Do not answer their phone calls. Please stay clear of this company. Many recent bad reviews on Trust Pilot so I know it's not just me having problems.

Absolute THIEVES. Charged my card £400 for an order I placed and when I called them tells me they don't have the products. Then why charge me? Now trying to call them more than 10 times a day no one is picking up, No reply to any of my email. I will have to report them to Trading Standards. Have already complained to my bank to issue a charge back. BIG BUNCH OF THIEVES!!

Placed an order on 16th March. Since lockdown, I have not heard any news or update on when I will receive my order. I called but they do not answer. I also sent several messages via email but no reply. 7th April I get a text message saying my order is cancelled and money refunded. They cancelled my order but have not refunded the money as I have confirmed this with my bank. I sent an email and they don't reply. The least they can due in this situation is if they cannot fulfil orders then do not keep customers hanging and at least let them know of their order status and refund the money back! Terrible service and cannot trust the company in future!
