Big Spoon

Amazingly quick service to include some cookies as part of my flower order with Beachtown Blooms. My friend who I ordered for said the cookies are delicious. Thanks so much for making the present that little bit more special.

These cake kits are amazing! Really simple instructions, an absolute joy to make and major ‘Dad points’ were earned with the end results. I made Stan the Stegosaurus for my 4 year old's birthday, it was the talking point of the party and the group of 16 kids were seriously amazed. Plenty to go around and it tasted delish! Will definitely be making more in the future.

Absolutely delicious. Amazing value for money. Great Service. I ordered (last minute) a Gluten Free Letter Cake for my partners Birthday. Due to COVID going away plans changed and so I needed to find a cake fast. I'm so glad I found Big Spoon Baking. Even before I received my cake I had been in contact with Emily sorting out the smaller details via email, even over the weekend. We organised a colour theme, what letter I needed (W) and when. I needed the cake for the Monday afternoon and so Big Spoon Baking worked around my plans. They baked the cake in the morning and delivered in the afternoon. You can't ask for much fresher than that! So even before I had tried the cake the Service was outstanding. Sometime Gluten Free cakes are hit and miss but this brownie base was absolutely amazing. Mixed with the buttercream and blueberries was a perfect combination. I'm also a huge fam of edible flowers, so to see those on the cake really made my day. And who doesn't appreciate French Macarons My partner was thrilled and I only wish we had more birthdays/ celebrations coming up in the near future, but I certainly will be ordering again. These kits are amazing. Super easy to make (the instructions are very detailed), the cake tastes amazing & they are quite the showstopper! I made Prickles - he not only looked amazing but was a big hit with everyone who had a slice. Can't recommend Big Spoon enough.
