Bought a WM240B lathe, really pleased with the quality & capability of it. Its on another level to the C3 equivalent I had before & massive by comparison. Cuts fantastic. Buying experience was good with free delivery.

Was blown away by the service and friendly staff, very professional and couldn't have been more helpful. I had to leave sharpish as Id have spent loads on machines and tooling! I left with the 650mm benchtop Guillotine the heavy duty bench grinder and a table scribe. I haven't used the grinder or scribe yet but they are pretty standard bits of kit, they work perfectly well and are decent quality. The Guillotine on the other hand I used it the minute I got it in the shop and on the bench. Took no assembly other than the handle and the rear arms. Have to say I was blown by this bit of kit!! I was a bit sceptical as I have only ever used foot or hydraulic sheers in the past and feared a small hand operated machine would be a bit rubbish. NOT THE CASE love this thing! If you have a limited space in your shop and need to cut sheet metal this is a must have, I mounted it on the end of my workbench so haven't lost really any workspace. I cut 3mm and 2mm sheet ally with ease. I haven't any steel sheet as I don't use it much but I did sheer a very small bit of 1mm or 1.2mm I found and it cut that like butter. All in all love it and would happily recommend Warco and the machinery I have so far. Thanks guys

I purchased a GH Universal Mill, stand in Jan 2020 for personal use. On arrival, the machine had paperwork that hadn’t been signed or completed to say that the quality control checks had been done. This is one of the main reasons why I had chosen Warco over other similar machines due to their “quality checks” but it was disappointing that this hadn’t been done. I had used the machine a handful of times and it became apparent that the column wasn’t square to the bed but a couple of shins were needed to sort the problem. Until Aug 2020, when the machine developed a more serious fault the gearbox decided to selfdestruct breaking all of the main shafts, stripping the teeth off the gears and damaged the bearings. I contacted Warco with photographs to claim on their warranty. I spoke to several people there over a space of a week to arrange a replacement mill to be delivered and for the old mill to be collected. I was advised that their courier only completed curb side collections, and that they would not assist with the logistics of getting the machine from my workshop, on to a pallet, and to the kerbside. When I had the first machine delivered I had used a delivery team to move the machine using hoists. So now I was expected to lift a 350kg machine into place on a pallet for them to collect at my own cost? Anyway... the machine eventually got collected by Palletways and the new one was moved into place. The new machine arrived and again did not have the quality check documents completed and also had some major faults on arrival. Again, the column wasn’t square to the table, the backlash in the x and y axis had a ridiculous amount of play, the head jammed going up and down due to the column being bode and the machine regularly jumped out of gear. After only having the replacement machine a couple of days, I again contacted warco to discuss my options. No quibble, no photographs needed, no explanation, no visit from a member of staff to check the machine - straight away they offered a refund and to collect the machine. On the collection date, Palletways arrived at my door at 5:30pm to collect with the same sized vehicle as they had collected and delivered with previously. The driver was reluctant to use his pallet truck to move the pallet a few meters from the kerbside to his vehicle and decided to walk off. I contacted Palletways immediately, at this time it had began to rain very heavily. Palletways said that they had asked a third party to complete the collection for them, and provided me with the number for an alternative courier. I called this courier, and was told that the driver was unable to gain access to collect the pallet. I explained that there was £2500’ worth of machine sat in the rain, at the side of a road and that it needed to be collected and that there were no access issues their driver just clearly wanted to go home at 5:30pm on a friday. I then rang Palletways back to advise of the conversation I had just had, and told them I would be accepting no liability if the machine was damaged from the torrential rain or stolen as it’s kerbside. Palletways were helpful and arranged for their own driver to collect it the following Saturday morning. Saturday morning comes... 6am in the morning... I get a phone call, two phone calls infect (as I didn’t answer the first) it was the shoddy courier company who Palletways had subbyed the collection to the previous day saying that the had a driver in the area right now - could they collect? No you bloody can’t! It’s 6am, and you should have collected it at 5:30pm when you were here yesterday! Needless to say, the person who phoned got the sharp end of my tongue that early on a weekend! The cheek of it! The pallet was successfully collected by Palletways at approx 10am. It took me 2 weeks to get my refund from Warco, following numerous phone calls and emails chasing the money. All in all a really painful and shoddy experience, I would strongly suggest staying well clear of them.

I bought a hobby wood turning lathe from Warco and I am so pleased that I did. It was very competitive on price for the spec as I bought it in a sale and it arrived very quickly to my door, securely packaged on a pallet delivery. The quality of the lathe is extremely good and robust. Runs very quietly and smoothly and is easy to use. The variable speed control is very useful. Would highly recommend the lathe and the company to anybody that is looking to buy some good quality machinery from a very efficient company.

just so everyone knows , warco do not have the wm18 milling machine in stock but on there website it says thay do ,i purchased one thinking it would be delivered within 10 days and it was not , i had to ring them to find out it would be 10 weeks before i would get the machine , in total i have wasted 14 days of my time with this company (waiting for machine then refund) be sure to know that campanys like warco and chester and grizzly and toolco and amerdeal and optimum and sealey are just importers of Chinese machines and tools

if you want to drill a 10mm hole with an 8mm drill bit, go to Warco. Their CHINESE IMPORT machines are so far out of balance, you'll get it. Even their own staff whispered to me "the machines here are not professional." No they are not. I have one and its shockingly bad. Vibrations and no power from motor to drill steel.

Warco Formit 610 mm 24” machine Well I bought this machine just before Christmas 2019, it has the usual problems associated with Chinese engineering I E you have to take it apart and de burr it, clean it up and grease everything up that moves. I had made a stand for it and when I came to fit it on the stand I knew I was in trouble the fixing holes had been so badly drilled every hole was in a different place in the casting. In setting up the machine I found that the blades for the shear part of the machine were ground to a different thicknesses all along the length of the blades so they can’t be set up properly, with regard to the slip roils and the press brake that all works fine but I can’t get it to shear steel no matter what I try. To be fair to Warco they do say that the max cut thickness of the shear is 0.900 mm and it has to be low carbon steel, and because the steel I had bought could have been anything (eBay purchase) I feel I have to give them the benefit of the doubt. To sum up if you bought a slip and a box press separately they would cost you at least £300.00 each for a decent example and this machine has it all built in. If I get the shear blades re-ground I recon it will do the trick “time will tell” mean while I bought an inexpensive rotary shear that does the trick perfectly. I would recommend this product be aware this item is heavy.

I run a company called Speedshift. We are a pallet shipping company. I bought a large milling machine from Warco. We know from experience that 95% of problems are caused by the way things are packed. Warco were lovely to deal with. They did an amazing palletising job. It takes a lot of work to make a big machine safe for transport but they were faultless. We have collected from some of their rival companies for other customers in the past and had nothing but trouble. Warco know exactly what they are doing! I also happen to be very happy with my milling machine!

Recently purchased a 3 in 1 metal folder, shear machine. I must say what a amazing machine it is, very well made, actually does what it states. Shipping was delayed so collected but if this is a example of the machines they sell i am not surprised they were very busy..

I've been buying various bits and pieces from Warco for coming on for 10 years now, and what keeps me coming back is the knowledge and friendliness of the guys at Warco. Any issue I've had has been quick to be resolved, can't fault them on that. My background: I'm an engineer by trade, so I like to think I know what I'm talking about (although the wife might disagree!), and I'm using a Warco lathe & milling machine in my workshop and to be honest they've served me excellently.

Warco seem to always get a good write up on the model engineering forums, and I always seem to need some new tool or other to make bits for my steam engine project, so gave them a try. Ordered a quick change toolpost and set of cutting tools for my metal lathe. Everything arrived within 3 days and was exactly what I was after, can't say fairer than that.

Always had a happy experience buying tools from them. Bought a wm240 lathe in 2009 to make some small scale motorcycle parts, it's still going strong in my man cave now. The bike's currently in bits again, but that's another story...

I purchased a warco GH 1322 lathe with DRO and quite a few tools etc. The level of service I have received from Roger, Dolly and the young gentleman who delivered the lathe (Sam I think) has been truly exceptional. The quality of this lathe surpassed my expectations, which were quite high already. The 1322 is an amazing piece of kit that repeats with amazing accuracy and achieves a finish to die for. I'd like thank you all very much, very professional and pleasant to deal with.

I don't usually bother to write reviews, but Warco's service deserves a write up. I bought a VMC milling machine with a few odds and ends in 2007 after a trip to the Warco showroom and the thing still works nicely today. Spare parts have never been an issue. I thought it was time to get into the modern age and go for a DRO system recently, they were able to talk me through the best kit to opt for and it cost less than expected. The set up saves time and now the old machine has a new lease of life (and I have another excuse to escape back to the shed)

I am buying products from Warco for more than 5 years, since I have decided to update my small machine shop. The only equipment that has been left from the old days is my Deckel type milling machine but even that is now equipped with brand new Warco DRO (optical scales etc). I`ve got from them GH 550 lathe, 5 inch Band Saw, HV6 rotary table, Universal cutter grinder and plenty of other smaller accessories. If I have had any issue to deal with, folks from Warco have always been helpful and every time tried the best for my satisfaction. Nothing is ever perfect, but there is no reason to complain here. Thumbs up !

Here I am at WARCO.. A few weeks ago, I decided that I really need a rotary table to mount on my Einhell milling machine, as my latest project, a single cylinder four stroke engine also needs some distribution gears. After several searches through the internet, I said that I should try to get the table from WARCO. What can be the cost? A few EU calls and some money for the shipment. So far, so good! I called and a woman answered me. Very polite in her talk, she told me that they have it on stock and they will get also a quotation for the transport to Romania. After probably half of hour distance from my call, I got her mail. I called again, told her I agree, paid her and she told me that the goods shall come to me in 5 to 8 working days. The next day, I got a mail from WARCO giving me the tracking number. I entered the tracking number, the delivery was estimated to be on 3rd of March. This happened to be on 21st of February. On Friday, the 28th, the goods were in my yard, earlier than the estimated delivery date. My impression on WARCO? Nothing more easy than that! The were perfect! Very polite on phone, great customer care, all the time ready to satisfy all the needs of the client. All my demands regarding the packing details were fulfilled without a single question. I totally recommend WARCO! The goods? Great quality! I have decided for HV3, good packing conditions, good state of merchandise. Again, if you intend to improve the possibilities of your workshop, go for WARCO. No stock issues, no demands left without answer, no headaches. If you look over their history, you'll find out that they have more than 40 years experience. Well, that it can really be seen! Thank you, WARCO! Thank you, Lindsey Brinded!
