Well, what can I say about London people, except that I am a very satisfied customer. In my opinion they are simply the best at what they do. They are reliable friendly, punctual and efficient and certainly worth 5 stars in my book. The icing on the cake for me is that my deposit is the returned at the end of my tenancy and I was very happy. Thank you London people!!

When we lost the apartment that we already made a downpayment for, due to the landlords spontanious decision to sell the property, Sal Ahmed and the team of Londons People Property Services helped us finding a new and even better apartment within a week. All the paperwork was done quick and easily and we moved in within two days. We were absolutely happy with the service provided by Sal and his multilingual team. London’s People were really great with us and worked tirelessly to re-house us when an unscrupulous landlord left us with nowhere to live THE DAY BEFORE we were due to move to London (we were coming from abroad and moving our whole lives… Our stuff was already boxed up and being loaded into the removal van and the new tenants were moving in to our flat in Paris). London’s People totally saved us- they were super helpful, very strong on communication and found us a great flat really quickly- we’ve just moved in and we love it. Thanks in particular to both Sal and Daniyel, who really went the extra mile for us. I really can’t recommend LP enough- actual human letting agents not just people trying to get money! I very rarely write reviews, I know I should but I have to either have the best experience or my life or it has to have been hell for me to write a review. So we rented a rundown apartment, when we got it it was dirty and the walls were not even freshly painted. During our time we really spruced up the apartment, painted all the walls, made it quite a nice home. When the pandemic hit we unfortunately were not able to pay full rent, and the agency made our lives a living hell, harassing us with phone calls and not replying to questions posed in emails. They started showing the apartment and came without announcement or masks. In the end they charged use for not cleaning the flat!!! When we spent 6 hours cleaning it in the hope of getting our deposit back. Agency from hell, disrespectful and unkind. Never again.

Londons People are great, honest and very professional Estate Agents. I have been a Tenant of theirs for the last 10 Years and I have never experienced any issues or problems of any sort.
They are always happy to help when needed. I do recommend them to anyone and can clearly state that these negative reviews are not correct but in fact are from those bad tenants who never paid their rent on time or created other issues, I always do pay my rent on time and that is how it should be.

An agent called as I requested more info about a property. I told him my budget and what I am looking for. He tried to offer me a different property with a higher rent and telling me how he has a room full of tenants waiting for places like that. I found this very condescending and rude. I am not even a client yet. I don't want to know how old clients are being treated here. I am glad that I am not renting with them based on this.

Londons People Property is the best housing agency I have seen. Very professional, responsive and understanding. They treat tenants with value and respect, both the potential ones. They are quite at a very good location, 1 min walk from the bus stop and 4 mins from Bethnal Green station. I do strongly recommend.

I personally complained to the council, this agency violates all the rights of the tenant and if we speake about staff, there's a guy named Chris who entered in the house without announcing, during the pandemic came with visitors without a mask ....run if you see this agency

God so many problems with this agency... Let me start off by telling the little horrible tale of a year. We started off getting this flat for an okay price, as we just moved to the UK and this agency was the only one that didn't need a guarantor as long as we paid 2 months up front. (Here to note we thought we paid 2 months in advance, but then they came for our rent in the 2nd month, after telling them we paid it, we saw that they wrote on the contract AFTER we signed it IN PENCIL that that payment was for the last month. That is ILLEGAL. The flat wasn't in great condition when we saw it but this salesman A., promised to us we could request professional cleaning and new furniture. Great Sales tactic - we got the flat but nothing was done. I went in - It was dirty and there was a vodka bottle in the kitchen with a dirty sponge. (We never got to meet the landlord btw). After a bit of back and forth, we got a new washing machine because the old one was full of mold. But this was not the end but the beginning of our problems. We started to have mold inside the flat at the balcony. Water came down the walls!!!! My clothes inside the wardrobe were wet and i had to put them back into a suitcase to protect from further moisture. My bikini MOLDED. It is safe to say they did not respond until 2 months later of back and forth, doing basically nothing but painting over the mold.. which obv came back because you can't remove mold like that?? Other times workers were on our balcony from the agency and no one gave us a notice. A gas tank was left there for 2 weeks and we had NO say in this. We had constant gas and water issues etc. The service was rude although Rosemary tried to be nice and helpful - the rest of the staff wasn't, watch out for Chris.
last and final touch, the building was owned by the landlord and we lived on the first floor. The Agency was responsible for the building (2 flats and one restaurant unit small). We then had workers drilling until 9PM from the ground floor!! We told the Agency to tell the landlord, that drilling this late is illegal and we had to go down several times to shut it down. You can imagine, nothing ever happened and we almost had to write a governmental complaint. Our neighbors above us had the EXACT SAME ISSUES. So this is not just us being picky. We paid so much money and got nothing. We had to fight for our rights and at first we were polite, but in the end every talk was just frustrating. From them exchanging doors (because you couldn't lock it) and us having no key to other things listed here... Just horrible. I had headaches and so much stress from this agency, which is the exact opposite of what you want. We are now with a 5 star london based agency, where we got professional cleaning, a clear contract and inventory checks, this is the way it should be. Overall, this agency is a TOTAL RIPOFF, even if you don't have other choices, we advise you to please look again, if you want to spare yourself from a year of frustration.

It's so important that the fake 5 star reviews aren't at the top. They've all been rightly reported. This place is ran be a sad little angry man by the name of Chris. He is rude, aggressive (albeit in a funny pathetic way), useless and above all out to take your money. Their properties are horrific. Customer service non existent. Please please do not use them. I cannot stress this enough. Save yourself a year of stress.

I would have given 0 stars if there is an option. Rude staff, things not being fixed, lack of communication. I had to live 2 months without internet. Always Gas and Electricity problems. Never got fixed. Proper ripoff. And they created problem at the time of deposit return. After few arguments they have only returned half of the deposit. Enter your own risk.

AVOID.
London's people make everything incredibly difficult and have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Most of the staff, bar one, are incredibly unhelpful, you have to continually prompt them to get anything done no matter how serious the issue is - being without hot water for example. An experience with one of the senior members of staff resulted in him shouting a number of expletives down the phone at me - for seeking an alternate solution to a problem they hadn't resolved.
As an ex-student and having dealt with these people for two years it is clear that they get by through taking advantage of the naivety of students in the housing market. The flat was nice enough but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely awful. Estate agency run by people with the IQ of 20. Any problems you have, they say 'prove it', 'not my issue'. Also we paid £400 cleaning service, but have been told the house needs to be spotless or we might lose our deposit. Please if you're reading this don't go with them.

Unfortutunalety it has been horrible dealing with this agency. They had an abusive attitude towards me as a tenant. For example, it took them more that three months to replace a defective heater, and provided unreasonable excuses when it came to releasing my deposit.

This is an update review. We moved in in June. The agent Anwar was really nice and helpful. He showed us many rooms and helped us with our special circumstances. However we had difficulties in signing contracts. We have to sign 2 times of the contracts because they realised they made a mistake on the first contract. But the staff who called us to come over their office yelling on the phone like a crazy person to resign contract which was terrible experience. We signed the second contract with their changed terms, and they made more changes than they told us: they changes our move in date to 2 days earlier, so shortened our rent period, which made us have to move out 2 days earlier with the full payment? Now we are waiting for their explanations and prepare to give notice on the "real rent date".

EXACTLY the same as all other reviews here and only putting one star because I can't put zero! This is the WORST company/service provider I have ever worked with in my life. Over £300 in hidden fees, we turned up to a FILTHY property with furnishings that we were promised would be removed and the landlord on her hands and knees scrubbing the place - we had to put all our furniture in the backyard and clean the property ourselves before we could move everything back in which cost us additional fees on our truck. It wasn't professionally cleaned as promised AND we had to pay a cleaning fee to move in! The items that were promised to be fixed (broken toilet seat, tv antenna etc) were never replaced in the entire 12month tenancy. The staff are so rude, both myself and my housemate were yelled at down the phone by incapable and incompetent staff. I wouldn't speak to anyone that way let alone to a customer. We had to fight to get our deposit back and were treated very rudely during checkout, even though we had left the property in 10 times better state than when we arrived. Even after the deposit was approved and signed off twice - we still had to get in the tenancy scheme to force payment. Would NEVER use this agent as a tenant OR landlord - absolutely disgusting.

Nothing. Charge an admin fee of £300 when they don't actually do anything, they don't tell you about this fee being so much either so make sure you ask otherwise you'll get done over like I was. This fee apparently is to do paper work which is a total rip off, as I done all the necessary paper work needed ie. Previous landlords reference etc. On the day I moved in I asked for an unfurnished flat, walked in and there was a dinner table, double bed and a wardrobe, when I rang to ask who was going to clear this stuff out they responded with 'deal with it yourself it's only a few minor things' After leaving the flat we asked for deposit back, to be fair it came back pretty quick, but there was a few issues, so emailed time and time again and no reply, finally spoke to them on the phone and they wasn't any help at all!! The flat was great but the estate agents I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!

Possibly the worst estate agents in London. Do not rent off these people if you can avoid it. They are rude, incompetent and duplicitous slum landlords who make their money by pressuring clients into contracts and withholding deposits. They charged multiple exorbitant and now illegal fees, didn't reply to emails or answer phone calls regarding broken appliances, organised viewings only hours in advance and were consistently unpleasant to deal with. They further delayed return of our deposit for several weeks seemingly out of spite. Whatever property they've shown you, it's not worth the hassle to deal with these clowns. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I echo all the other negative reviews, having had exactly the same experience. They are the worst estate agents I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with - slow to respond, if they did at all and never fixed anything in the property when it was necessary. I feel sorry for the property owner as they not only didn't care about the tenants but they didn't care about managing and looking after the property. Avoid if at all possible.
