Apparently Newspace doesn't care about the tenant when it comes to an end of the contract. When I ask how to get the deposit, they told me go to landlord, and I ask landlord he told me I should ask newspace. In the end, I have to find the third-party deposit protecting website and apply it myself which Newspace didn't advise me to do so. I call them twice and the answers were always "You should ask your landlord". Not professional at all.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with New Space for a new property I was interested in. George took lead on it and led me through the process in a very professional, yet friendly manner. He was always available to answer my queries and made sure I got everything I wanted before moving into the property. He was also very proactive when it came to ensuring everything went smoothly while at the same time allowed flexibility with my specific circumstances.

Louis and the team are very helpful. I recommend New Space. However, you need to read the agreement before signing. A year long contract might not have early move out policy. (Meaning you have to live for a whole year.) Don't rush your decision. Think twice before signing your contract. Good luck.

Lovely when you move in, not so much when you move out! Passing the pressure of tight property turn arounds onto the client, providing little by way of support only demands and threats of deductions. Shame, as some if the team are lovely. If you can hermetically seal the rental so as to leave no trace of your existence then all good, otherwise be prepared for an attack on your deposit and your nerves....some of the team do not have a way with words shall we say!

This absolutely has got to one of the most honest and trustworthy letting agencies in London. I have dealt with countless pushy letting agents throughout the years. They didn't just work hard to me the flat I was looking for that matched all my requirements, but were also 100% honest and flexible when it came to all the contractual arrangements. One of their letting agents, Louis, went out of his way to accommodate me and to respond to my million different queries, always helpful and understanding. I was worried there had to be a catch - there wasn't. Because when I actually had to pull out at the last minute because of the Covid situation, they honoured their commitment to refund me the deposit I had paid. I can't thank them enough - you're not dealing with a letting agency but people. Absolutely recommend this agency, and Louis!

I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but I think the guys deserve one. I remember seeing some bad reviews somewhere before deciding to work with NewSpace, but this has definately not been my experience. I worked with George and Louis, both of whom seem like genuine people. I've got a lot of time for that, especially when it comes to flat-hunting, as the matter-of-fact attitude is exactly what you need. They answered all my questions, helped us get exactly what we want, and most importantly, were honest. They're real people, balancing being human, but also being professional. Can't ask for much more than that in life, can you? Would highly recommend.

I've had my fair share of issues with these guys, I'll admit. The main issue being the length of time it took to resolve issues in the apartment i rented, which were numerous. This however, is largely out of their control, but better control of your subcontractors would serve you well.

Victoria has been great help over the past few weeks in helping my mother find a property. She paid extra attention to any requested requirement and was always quick to response to any follow up questions we had. So inept it can ony be malicousness.
The standard bearer in the stereotypical over zealous yet incompetent estate agent.
Would avoid or look on other review site as it is unusual most reviews are either 5 stars or 1.
If you must deal with them try and get a good civil court lawyer on demand as they have previously claimed contracts tenants signed to be retroactively void.
The most grating part is the smug self righteousness, no need to actually make tennants happy when you so gracelessly swindled their money.

About Richard at New Space; I am writing this to really commend him to you. I have no hesitation in doing so because he really put the effort and leg work into renting out my property. He is articulate, charming and personable but he is also tenacious and realistic. I thought renting my house out would be easy, a large number of estate agents had told me as much. So easy that I decided to do it myself on an on line website and save the money. Mistake. On line viewings with folk who because they don't pay for the service think your time is not worth their effort lead to months wasted, money wasted and numerous people just not turning up. Wasted week ends mean frustration and aggravation, it was no fun at all. Estate agents have a reputation because people think they don't earn their money. Richard had back to back viewings organised and acted as a buffer to time wasters, chancers and cut through the nonsense that goes with trying to sort out the good tenants from the bad. I am so glad I got him involved because he really got the process shifting forward. If you are looking for someone who can get you over that hump, if you have had a bad experience with other estate agents, use Richard. Restore your faith.
