The staff here are friendly and always polite and helpful. However that's not much use when the stock is not in store.
Empty shelves are the norm. Expect to only be able to buy half of what you want to. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Couldn't get half of what I wanted.
In fresh veg: isle there were more overturned green boxes than veg. Find it a very disappointing shop, won't be frequenting this again unless I have too.

It has a very nice underground car park. I believe its sponsored by Tony Hawk as his crew are regularly there competing in the X Games. Perhaps dont park your car near the event.

Loughborough Shop and scan told me to find an assistant at the till,so I found Lorraine, didn't have the knowledge to log onto a handset and check my shopping. Managed to cancel everything so had to put it through manually myself. No apologies nothing.

It is a sainsburys with all the sainsbury things you may need. Food and drink etc. It also has a good pharmacy inside with very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Loughborough store had problem with the till which meant reloading trolley and going to another till. They could not have been more apologetic and rushed us through another till. In addition was given a voucher for next shop. Very efficient and friendly staff will happily go again
