Coming from Leicester this morning to do my weekly shop at Loughborough Road Tesco's at the Rushes person at the till was Ryan very cheerful, very good attitude, very smart in appearance. I wish we had his attitude absolute credit to Tesco's and very cheerful person. Appreciated service, especially in these trying times. God bless and keep everyone safe there.

Great store, very large and is usually open 24 hours. Staff are great and friendly and happy to help - props to the older gentleman behind the tobacco desk - always serving with a smile and having a laugh!

Way OTT measures.Queues to get into shop despite mask wearing. Few tills open and half of self service tills closed. Shop extremely quiet for any morning but especially for a Saturday at 11am. Compare with Ashby Tesco where apart from masks back to normal. Please Loughborough liaise with Ashby to see how it's done.

Not one for leaving bad reviews but my experience at Tesco Rushes was so abysmal today it really needs addressing by this badly run store, sadly there are a few very helpful and kind staff who do work hard and its sad they will get tarnished by others.
Since the whole Covid crisis the management have not trained their staff properly how to deal with explaining their distancing policies, we as consumers are not there to be shouted at nor to be treated like 5 year olds running around the playground. My daughter and I were expected to queue at the top of the escalator from the car park last month while fellow shoppers started to bump in to us PLEASE USE YOUR COMMON SENSE! The consequences could have been far serous had i not ignored him
We are living in difficult times but management seriously need to work out a system that works or ask for help from head office, making us all queue down by the wine section is again is not acceptable as those shoppers wishing to buy a bottle now have to walk by queues of shoppers and have walked by empty till aisles to walk back down again
I have a shop and understand how difficult it can be getting it right but I would never allow my staff to talk to customers in the way I have been over the past 3 months and will take my custom elsewhere.

I went to buy a phone today and was served by Rachel. She was really helpful and knowledgeable and really put herself out to help me - even transferring my contacts for me from my old phone to my new one. She was really polite and friendly. I would definitely buy a phone again from Tesco. The actual deal I got was also really good value for money.

Today is 5th May 2020 between 19:00-19:05 the cashier at the Kiosk keeps rubbing his nose without wearing any gloves then carry on serving this man in front of me. He kept touching all the items without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting and despite their social distancing implementation their bad habits of rubbing their nose then touching your items in the basket is appalling.

What an absolute joke - 11:53 and delivery has still not arrived. Six attempts to call and finally speak to a Joke of a DM, who apparently cannot deal with anything because he does not have the remit. Has told me delivery wont be coming because by contract and insurance requirements the drivers MUST have vans back in depot by 11pm yet Tesco advertise their last delivery as 11pm, so how on earth can be driver be back at 11pm unless of course they are misleading customers. He has said there is nothing he can do to help and is not responsible for the drivers as they are not employed by the store. HE DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN AND MADE THIS VERY CLEAR IN HIS TONE AND REFUSAL TO HELP IN ANYWAY.

The Chemist is the best here. Tesco used to let people stamp their car park ticket even when only visiting the chemist but sadly this has recently been stopped, leading many elderly and infirmed unable to use the chemist because they now have to shop there too. Shame on you Tesco.
