Great quality foods. I normally get my easy healthy meal here after gym because it just opposite side of the building. I like their own brand products. Fruits always fresh. Staff are friendly. Also their well known clothing range is here.

The shop is fine and has most of the things you would find in a bigger M&S store. My issue is with the snooty till staff, somehow they combine a Victorian air of superiority with an arrogant rudeness. The response to a request for a bag was to have one discarded in my general direction.

A great town centre store, concentrating on the Food Store side of the business, but it does have a little clothing and perfume.
Very friendly and helpful staff and always great produce.
The only downside is that they have often sold out of items we go in for, hence why 4 stars, improve this and I would be happy to give it 5 stars.

M&S is my favorite supermarket. There's gentleman who works in the baking area is very kind, he would smile at me every time and wish me a good day . He used to patiently introduce me different desserts and breads. In this difficult time, meeting someone like him made me feel very warm. Although I don’t know what his name is, but I still appreciate him. By the way, it would be great if the cashier could give me an extra littleshop when checking out.

I shop in the Loughborough store. There's one particular lady who works there who is lovely. Shes very personable and always very helpful and goes out her way to be helpful. She asks about my family when I go in and always has a big smile. Well done 'Sue' at the Loughborough Store the best assistant who works there.

Supoerb food quality. Used to shop in other mainstream supoermarket chains because of the price, but fully commit to M&S after shopping in M&S a few times. I did blind tests myself for its eggs and meat, and can taste the difference easily.

M&S provides good quality food however snooty and rude staff is really irritaring. Espaciall old aged staff have a bad attitude and nasty to customers out of their supposed 'target customer'. Even though I am a gold customer of m&s for years, I dont enjoy going to this loughborough shop because of their rude staff.
I am sorry but younger staff are polite, helpfull and smiling while you can see the opposite behaviour from old staff.
You can find more examples on this nasty staff problem more if one looks at the other comments.

Good little store. Has a little clothes section too. Mainly an older ladies clothing bit. The food bit has vegan and gluten free options. If you spend £5 in store you get your car parking for free

Somewhat chaotic staffing, either no one about or practically tripping over them stacking shelves. Can be slow to be served. Food selections are good but clothing choices are very hot and miss.
