I couldn’t recommend Savills Hackney higher. When we sold our property, we chose Savills as we knew of their reputation for professionalism, but the Hackney office exceeded our expectations in every way. I would recommend Jen as our negotiator to anyone who asks.

Had a really good experience, highly recommend Savills, especially Sam, who was really professional and very responsive. The renting procedure went smooth. What we appreciated the most was when after initially explaining what we were looking for, Sam suggested only few flats which could be truly good fits (as opposed to some other agents who would send a lot of properties without considering our needs and requirements).

We had a great experience selling our 3 bed flat in De Beauvoir. Tom and Dan in the Savills Hackney office were superb: always responsive, knowledgeable of the local market and easy to work with. We were happy with Tom's valuation, which he had good justification for based on recent comps, and we were really impressed when Savills got us an above asking price offer within a week of it going live on the market. We would highly recommend them.

We rented an apartment through Currell for the last 3 years and had a wonderful experience specially with Gary Isaac who was our agent. He was always very quick in getting back to us when we had a query. We would recommend this agent specially Gary. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Christine James, but luckily we doesn't work in the agency anymore. Overall, we would recommend this agency

I am writing on my experience with the Currell Hackney lettings team, who were overall fantastic to deal with and very helpful throughout our successful search with them. They made it easy on arranging a suitable time for us to view several flats and quite knowledgable about the areas and flats we viewed. They luckily had a fantastic place we loved and were thorough and communicative throughout the discussion process with the landlord. Overall Chloe, Jake and team were excellent to work with and we would go to them immediately if we needed to search again.

I'd just like to thank the team at Hackney Currells (now Savilles I think) who have done such a great job for us. Throughout the process our main point of contact Thomas Jones kept us updated, worked with us to make sure viewings were at appropriate times (we have a very young daughter who needs her naps!) and ensured buyers understood the full of benefits and value of the property we were selling - and did so with a professionalism and friendliness that eased what can sometimes be a stressful process (i.e. Lots of people coming to look round your flat and decide if they like it! :) So we'd like to say a huge thanks to Thomas and the team (and Gracie over in Islington!) for everything they've done for us this year. I didn't have a good experience with Currell Hackey. My agent has been fairly unresponsive throughout the renting process and not providing all the clarity in communication I'd have expected. They'd sometimes ignore questions altogether, that makes it look like something shady is going on.

Being a young tenant in London can always be a struggle when dealing with agencies. Agents not answering, repairs to any house items being done poorly and late...
Well, I can definitely say this NEVER happened with Currell. I have been living in a property in Hackney for the last year (amazing property by the way) and I can assure our relation with the agents couldn't have been better.
When we moved in, there were many appliances and other stuff broken, and they fixed everything inmediately (this should be normal, but I've experiences huge delays with other Agencies). Same thing during our stay: each time we had any issue, they dealt with eat quickly and even got us in conact with a maintenance company, which made things easier as we could directly explain to the guys repairing the broken stuff directly.
On top of that, and as mentioned above, the property was very nice, bright, and right in the centre of Dalston (amazing location), which made us think the quality they offer might be the same for every property. This was confirmed when we checked some other places for rent in their website.
Absolutely no complains with the team of Currell, and a special shout to Gary Isaac, our property agent from Currell, who has been dealing with all our issues promtly and very effectly. Thank you!
