Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, worst ever agency.
After a complete invasion of personal privacy, taking all my personal and passport details, every single assets information, they approved my application, only to tell me that the tenancy is withdrawn.
It wasted hours of my time, energy and a complete invasion of privacy.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Don't waste your time with this agency. It's a non responsive, unprofessional firm which doesn't care about their client needs and doesn't work hard to create optionality for their landlords. I worked with them on a house rental we were keen on and after two days of trying to get answers from them, they let the house to another client and didn't even engage us to get another offer. Overall a very dissapointing experience.
