Just completed my Cat C training. Found all the staff really helpful. My trainer, Eddie, explained everything I needed to know to drive safely and professionally. His explanations were well explained and easy to follow and enabled me to pass both CPC and practical driving test. Would recommend Data Academy and will use them again when I move to the next stage (C+E).

There truly is a family spirit at Data Academy. I completed Cat C+E here thanks to my first class instructor Tony. I felt looked after all the way. I thoroughly enjoyed the process. Great banter and a great atmosphere too. Give them 100% and they really will change your life.....The most valuable piece of advice I was told was "keep it straight, turn it late" (thanks Roger).

I have had a fantastic experience with Data Academy. The instructors are first class at getting across information simply and effectively. All the staff are great fun and were hugely supportive to me. They worked hard to align my training package to my particular needs (I am somewhat articulatedly challenged going backwards!!) including those instructors that weren't even mine and the folk in the office. I would like to share with you the two most important bits of advice Data Academy gave me for the C + E test that I think were responsible for getting me through my test. 1. Curbs are like driving instructors, you may touch them, stroke them, kiss them, flirt with them, rub yourself up against them, wrap yourself seductively around them......but you musn't get caught mounting one during your test (thank you, Roger). I brazenly did more than my fair share of all of these things during my test and and learned immense levels of self control in the process. 2. If you have never handled air lines before, you need to know that they have a very 'male anatomy' about them. If you require more detail than this (as I did), you need to get on the course and Eddie will explain how best to manage them - they seem to have minds of their own but you'll soon have them back under control. I have been more popular in the last 3 weeks than I have in the last 6 months! Thank you Eddie! I can't recommend Data Academy enough.

A superb service from start to finish. The guys worked with me to find a solution due to my working pattern and days off, which resulted in them going the extra mile and working a saturday. This was really appreciated.
I made to feel welcome and put at ease, so I wasn't nervous in the areas I was worried about. They broke the processes down step by step so I could successfully pass my B+E first time.
Highly recommended.

They have been excellent right from start. Make u feel comfortable and excellent service. Instructors are quite experienced. I had Eddie and Phil for my driving lessons. Eddie was bit strict with me but it help me get rid of my bad habits of driving. Phil made me more comfortable and ease me in to my driving, just ticking all when I went wrong and reminding my mistakes and make sure I learn from my mistakes and don't repeat them. They will always there if you any questions regarding test or other general questions regarding the vehicles.

The guys here are all fantastic! Incredibly helpful, understanding, patient and more importantly, "normal" (well, most of them!) Dorian went out of his way to get me booked in for my test ASAP. I passed my trailer test with them and from my experience, can highly recommend them!

I had my counterbalance refresher course with Data Academy today & successfully passed.
Glen (Smithy) was a absolutely fantastic with explaing the process & advising me of were I need improvements. The was no pressure from start to finish and I was soon put at ease with nerves.
All staff i encounterd were very polite & friendly with more than adequate processes in place with Covid restrictions.
I would highly recommend any individual or business that is looking for any courses they offer at affordable prices.
Thanks again Smithy, my job is secure once again & I owe you a pint ????

I did my B&E training and then past my B&E test last week. I would totally recommend Dorian and the team at Data Academy, made the whole process really easy to understand and deliveried excellent training and guidance to enable me to pass my test.
Also in the current climate the guys were very through in ensuring the vehicles were sterilised, masks worn appropriately and temperature checks carried out.

After passing my class C here roughly 5 yrs ago it was finally time to have a pop at C+E and after talking it thru with Dorian, I was armed with the facts and made to feel at ease with my questions answered,.
My weeks training with Phil was well paced and measured, the vehicle excellent.
A well timed peptalk the evening before saw me prepared & practiced for the test.
Can't recommend these people highly enough, and have to say thanks to you all again.

Very good, did refresher reach and counterbalance and obtained my certificates plus my 2 years in house experience, was getting tonnes of calls once I updated my CV with these qualifications, now I'm doing a job I enjoy with nice people and get consistent work due to upskilling over others in warehouse, also thanks for sending out my photocard licence, will go back for refresher in few years. ????

These guys are amazing! Everyone at Data Academy is so welcoming and fun, they put me at ease straight away. I’m so glad I did my C1 training with them. My instructor Phil was great, I struggle with nerves but he helped me stay calm and didn’t let me worry about silly mistakes! I would highly recommend using Data Academy!

Excellent experience. Committed skilled instructors who actually want you to succeed rather than trying to milk you for a retest. Office staff was very friendly and helpful and all interactions were timely and professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for whatever licence you want. I wish I'd checked Google reviews before going with another outfit, who were a waste of money, you can rest assured that Data Academy's 5 star rating is absolutely deserved. Thanks to both Tony and Dorian for helping me get my C+E.

Funny, self deprecating and very professional these people really put you at ease during a very tense period undergoing my first tests of any kind since passing car test at 17 (I am now 54!).

When I called Data Academy I spoke to Jez. She was very laid back and gave me all the information I needed without forcing me into booking with this company. The team was very welcoming and I felt at ease as soon as a walked into the office. Dorian was hilarious and was laughing at my middle name “pepper” with the team. My instructor was Phil who seemed rather nervous as I left the office at some speed. He was so chilled out and really calm when giving me instructions and I started to slow down and take in the information he was giving me! Phil always said “please” as he gave instructions and we soon built up a good laugh throughout the 8 hours. The drive out on the morning of my test was very beneficial and calmed my nerves. I can’t thank you guys enough for all of your support!

Awesome team of people who guided me through the CPC and Class C at the first attempt. Great tuition from Tony my instructor for the week, who provided clear concise instructions and calm words when I had a brain fart. Phil did the CPC training, keeping it light hearted whilst getting the message across. lastly thanks to John for the pretest drive and last words of advice. much appreciated. So if I do decide to do C+E there's only one company I'll be calling. Data Academy!!!

My training with data academy was 100% I cannot fault this company from first contact all the way through to my pass. The company took me through everything I needed to do to gain a class 2 licence, I felt at ease and all the staff at data academy were very professional yet very easy to talk to and answered everything I asked. My instructor John was absolutely amazing I cannot recommend this instructor enough, also my tutor Eddie was outstanding and very informative with all I needed plus more to learn. The office staff was amazing especially Jez and Dorian, cannot thank data academy enough for all the time and effort they have put into me passing my class 2 first time, I know I could not have done this without this company.
