Scheduled an MOT at the Derby city centre branch, through their website, whilst I had an email confirmation, the staff couldn't find the booking. They said leave it with them and they would fit it in. 5 hours later they finally called to say they couldn't do so.
Really disappointing - I have a broken arm and had to ask a favour for someone else to drive me and the car in. Nothing much in the way of explanation/apology.

Said they had ordered my tires and would ring me when they arrived. They didnt call me and hadn't even placed the order. Had to order again. Didnt seem to know how much my tires were and kept asking what wed been quoted. Surely each brand and size is a set price??? Once delivered tires were fitted quickly and was a turn up and wait your turn basis .
