Booked new tyre fitting and 4-wheel alignment online for 11am. Called them on the day and they said to come at 1pm instead. At 1pm, they said they were busy and I'd have to leave my car. I called again at 5pm to check, they didn't call me to say it's done. They also failed to produce a wheel alignment report so I have no idea what was done.
Edit: Car was still pulling to the left so took it to kwik-fit who confirmed it was not aligned. Downgrading from 3* to 1*.

Went to get my alloys refurbished and black powder coated. Was told that they would phone me that evening or the next day as they needed to get my size loan wheels from their other Derby branch. That's the last I heard from them after travelling 24 miles to get to them.

Although the tyres are in great condition when they arrive, I have had issues with one of the tyres just going down to a puncture after being left for a while however there is no holes or anything. Numerous garages are baffled as to why it keeps going down????
