I was very impressed with the services I received from Bupa Manchester Square. Everything from the front desk scheduling - through dentist checkup, screening/xrays - to hygienist cleaning - all the way to payment processing. Smooth, professional, friendly, efficient, safe and secure. Wonderful staff, excellent patient pathways. I have adopted them as my primary care dental care team. Thanks to all at Manchester Square!

I see Monica the hygenist every 6months. She is very kind and very gentle. My teeth look amazing after every visit.
The reception team are always very polite and helpful.
I will be meeting the dentist as recommended by Monica on my next visit and am sure the experience will be just as good.

I hadn't been to a dentist for 5 years prior to this visit, and imagined it might be a little tense and overwhelming.
Quite the opposite! All the staff members are warm and professional, and really helped me feel safe. I ended up having a root canal during my visit (big mix of sadness and fear for me here!) and my dentist was amazing - patient, supportive and attentive when I communicated.
In case it matters to you too, the loo facilities were lovely - felt like walking into a spa =).
I'll be making this my go-to for dental care from now on. I'd recommend a visit.

I needed implants for two of my main front teeth. Obviously any treatment like this isn't a ride in paradise and done overnight, however please take my word that I'm glad that I found Bupa/Manchester Sq. in the end.
Gonul and her colleagues were very nice and hospitable throughout the time, and with care attention.
Anthony James in particular was great...such a professional surgeon who was thorough and regimental in his process and explained the steps clearly from the outset.
I recommend 100%.

Dr Constantinos is the best dentist, without exaggeration. He's been my dentist for 17 years, and I will never change. He now looks after my daughter's teeth as well, and has been kind and encouraging to her since her first visit age 3. Fahima always takes such good care of us, is kind and gentle, and leaves our teeth brilliantly clean. We are quite devoted to them. My daughter (age 6) declared on her recent visit to see Dr Constantinos and Fahima that she now wants to become a dentist when she's grows up. I really can't say enough good things.

I came to Bupa Manchester Sq after years of being put on waiting lists that never came through with the NHS. I initially reached out to the practice because of the dental care plus lower rate for implants (of which a childhood bone development issue left me needing 4) and I am so glad I did. There was a bit of confusion at the start around pricing and treatment options (I think I was a special case needing different types of bone grafting) but once we got going with the treatment it was great. Anthony James has been a fantastic dental surgeon, helping me through at every stage and answering my questions and concerns even outside of my appointments. The work he has done his changed my life, and I feel free and confident to smile everyday. I spent my whole teenage and adult life smiling behind closed lips and laughing with my hand over my face - no more. Thank you so much to the team.

I used to hate the dentist, and while it's never going to be my favourite place, I feel very comfortable with the team at Manchester Square. Always a nice welcome with the chatty front-desk team, and my dentist Constantinos is great, always taking the time to talk me through things and offer excellent detailed advice. Would recommend to anyone.

Terrible service received on the clinic by the senior receptionist Gonul Saybak.
She had an attitude from the minute I set foot on the clinic, aggressive in manner and bitter through out. However Glenda Cardoso and her colleague were very friendly, attentive, professional and provided a great service.
I had to make an enquiry about an itemised bill and apparently the senior receptionist is too busy running the business that has to hang up the call on you.
Terrible customer experience.
I would not recommend the clinic to anyone unless they get rid of the receptionist which clearly is in the wrong job.

I feel grateful that Manchester Dental Care has opened after the lockdown. All members of the staff are very professional, and specially Fahima, which whom I've had my cleaning today has been amazing, lovely and kind. Even when I've moved far from the clinic, I'm not gonna change my place for dental treatments.

This is a great practice. I have been a regular there for the past year. They provide a very clear treatment plan and great follow up. I am very happy with the work I had done there. Dr Ali is great, and thorough with his explanation. Hygienist was very efficient as well. Dr constantinos has also worked with my husband, and he is very happy with the work done.

Cannot fault Bupa Dental at Manchester Square. After having a nightmare at another dental practice Ali has really helped to sort the problem out for me and whilst I still have a way to go I am confident that this will all be done well over time. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and really happy I have found a little gem of a dentist :)

Having permanently damaged my front crowns 2 days before starting a new job this was a pretty stressful time. Anthony and the rest of the staff were excellent - start to finish - from the initial consultation through the treatment and ultimately producing an excellent result. Implants are invasive but I have to say the discomfort was minimal - everything was done with great patience and consideration from last minute changes in my diary to never feeling rushed in the chair... I very rarely make recommendations but would do so without hesitation for this practice.

Me and my fiancée have been going to Manchester Square Bupa dental and have been seeing Constantinous for the last few months. The whole experience of has been brilliant, the receptionists are super friendly, welcoming and and they're great at sorting out appointments.
The dentist, Constantinous, is amazing, he has been really friendly, helpful and done a fantastic job in making us feel super calm, which has made the whole dentist experience non-scary and so rewarding. He has walked us through all the stages of every bit of work he has done, allowing us to see the and understand the massive positive changes he has made. Both me and Emma have said he is a tooth artist, everything he has done has been amazing and looks so good.
The dental nurses that have been assisting during the works have been brilliant, really friendly and so helpful.
I would recommend this whole dental care to anyone and everyone, I have never had a better experience with any dentist ever. If anyone feels anxious about the dentist or are worried about work that could be done to your teeth, these guys are perfect for you as they will make you feel so comfortable and safe. Everyone there is amazingly friendly.

Customer lady on THE customer services desk is not nice. I think she is scary INDIVIDUAL. Last year she had been making feel very uncomfortable accusations of not paying, but the way spoke to me. Crazy!! When payment had been made every month. She makes me very uncomfortable harassment. It's not right!! After all these months i have finally received a way forward. I really like my dentist but front desk has not helped.

They are very nice. But seemed to me unfortunately incompetent and putting commercial interest ahead of patient. Or perhaps I got unlucky.
Why do I say this? They misdiagnosed my arrested caries for a cavity. Consequently they wanted to perform operations for nearly £500, incl drilling which would be completely unnecessary and long term much worse for my teeth. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion before going ahead! They gave me also cookie-cutter advice on brushing and for buying extremely expensive toothbrushes that had nothing to do with improving my tooth situation. Their checkup and hygienist services were also significantly more expensive than in other places in London.
Id recommend heading elsewhere.

Julia is the best hygienist in town - I'm so glad I found her. She does terrific job and is extremely thorough. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hygienist, especially those that are used to North American dental practices.
