I drove past 5 MOT centres to have my car and my wife's car MOT done at Stevensons MOT, mainly because of the reviews and the recommendation of Karl's professionalism. I got exactly what I wanted. Karl you've won me over, I will always come to you first. Great work, on time and you even waited for me to collect my car after the closing time. Thanks again.

After experiencing a strange sound and issues with my steering, I was reluctant to drive my car too far! I googled local garages and Stevensons MOT Centre was the closest so I nipped round and Karl was so helpful. He identified the problem straight the way and fixed my car for me within a day even though he said it may take the week!
He even noticed I needed a new wiper blade and switch fixing so did that for me too whilst my car was in the garage.

Very happy customer. I’ll be sticking with Stephensons from now on. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely lovely. And their customer service is brilliant, plus great value for money.
They even offered to come get me (to settle the Bill and collect my car) so I didn’t have to do a long walk in the pouring rain with my baby.

My exhausted bracket had broken, and was about a inch off the ground, I rang up and was told that there was no spaces available till next week, however I explained I was a student nurse and on placement and couldn’t be without my car for that long as I wouldn’t be able to get to the hospital. They told me to bring it down straight away and fixed it, I couldn’t be more great full thank you so much

Both myself and my partner have used this garage for MOTs/repairs for a number of years. I have never had any issues - always a friendly, helpful and honest service.
I made the mistake recently of going elsewhere in coalville (F1 autocentre) to have brakes replaced for weekend appointment. The brakes then turned into a hub, the hub then turned into a brake caliper - 6 hours later i was where i started with my car. i started to get a bit dubious that i was getting ripped off.
Spoke to this garage the next day, advised me what to do, got the car to them - all sorted for me in around an hour. Surprisingly no hub or caliper required as they have the correct equipment, and the right people in the job. They have extensive knowledge in this family run business, and i have completely peace of mind when i go here. Saved me over £600
i wont be even contemplating going elsewhere in the future.

Absolutely outstanding service, the owner of the company was nothing but incredibly helpful in a seriously complicated situation with a faulty car we received & did everything he could to help us through the process and checking the replacement.
They without a doubt have repeated custom from us for any faults we have with future vehicles. Highly recommend visiting here for any vehicle needs, prices are incredibly reasonable and genuinely legit / caring staff run this MOT center.

Would definately give more than 5 stars if possible. We were recommended to Karl by a friend who had been using stevensons for some years and now my husband and l won t take our cars ANYWHERE ELSE. We find Karl and his team superb, professional, very very fair and honest. We have been using Stevenson's garage services now for nearly 20 years and in all that time l have been delighted with the knowledgeable, friendly and reliable support received. Excellent garage. Main dealer quoted nearly £190.00 to supply and fit new coil springs. Stevenson's did it for less than half of that price with original specification parts. Always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend. They are very professional and offer a great value for money service.
