Best eyebrow threading in Wokingham/Bracknell area, had a fantastic microdermabrasion and microcurrent facial -- literally an MOT for your face! Plus a mani/pedi. The team is super lovely, professional and will recommend what they think is best for your skin/beauty regime - thanks!

Do not go! Extremely unprofessional and i doubt the therapists are even qualified. I received terrible service from Nicky who had burnt me during my waxing treatment. Also read i was not the first for this to happen to after reading an article online of a young woman suffering similar issues. I will be reporting this to trading standards and to health and safety as i am astounded at the fact that the salon has continued to keep a member of staff who is unable to carry out her work carefully or professionally. After looking into the salon and the therapist it is apparent that majority of the high reviews have actually been written by the therapist themselves and by family and friends. This is a bogus salon who i will not be visiting again. There are many more salons in Bracknell who would be well worthy of my time and money.

I have been going to Naturel Beauty for over a year and I would not go anywhere else!! The beauticians are so warm and welcoming. Everytime I spontaneously pop in for my eyebrow threading they go above and beyond to fit me in. I strongly recommend them for threading and for waxing. Whenever I visit the salon I always have a nice experience. I Specifically like to recommond Nikki- she does an excellent job in waxing and threading. She makes me feel extremely comfortable.

Great place to go, got my nails done last minute before going on holiday, she kept the place open until I was done, way beyond business hours. I am two weeks into my gel manicure and it's still perfect, I will definitely come again! Very affordable too. The manicure was a whole experience, it was great.

I am so happy that I started coming to Natural beauty. I have been coming here to get my eyebrows done for a while and noticed a sign for Caci. I have been very concious of my eye area and wrinkles. I have just had my second treatment and after the first I noticed an improvment. I love it. The price is amazing and the 30min session is so relaxing. The staff are all so freindly, kind, patient, reliable and you are always made to feel welcome. You need to trust in people having any beauty treament and the staff here always make you feel looked after. I cant recommend Natural Beauty ring. Cant wait for my next treatment.

Lady waxed off 80% of my eyebrows, when I just asked for tidy up . I really don’t like them . Only go there if you want your eyebrows nearly all waxed of .

Board outside clearly says "special offer 5£" for eyebrow threading. When entering, after whispering to each other, it appears men pay more. Which puts me right off. Bit sexist. I've seen plenty women with bushier eyebrows than mine. seems they just charge what they want when they feel like it. Going on the website it is clear that men have to pay more. But yet again prices all over the place. Not sure I trust this at all

I would not recommend the services of Naturel Beauty. My personal experience of them is that they do not operate an honest or respectful business. Very quick to take your money, but almost impossible to deal with when things don't go to plan. I booked in here to get a number of body areas waxed before going on holiday. I informed the staff at the time of booking that I had never been waxed before and normally shaved so they could give me any relevant advice before my treatment. I was to have my upper and lower legs, underarms and full hollywood wax done. They booked me in on a Monday, for the following Monday when I was due to go on holiday on the Tuesday. They told me that a weeks worth of hair growth would be sufficient. I returned for my treatment on the following Monday and was asked to fully undress in the treatment room. The therapist begun straight away without doing any sort of initial consultation and was not wearing any gloves or other hygiene precaution. The wax was already pre prepared so I cannot comment whether this was fresh or clean. Halfway into the treatment I noticed that the hair was not all being removed and questioned this. At this point the therapist informed me that the hair wasn't really long enough and that because I shaved the wax would not necessarily work properly. Had I known this, or it had been informed to me prior to the treatment commencing I would have turned the treatment down. What I was left with at the end of the treatment was bleeding armpits, bruising in my private areas and enough hair still on my legs to warrant going home and still having to shave to remove it all. I returned to the store the same day to explain that I was not happy, the service I had received was not up to scratch and to request a refund. I had also since been informed that following waxing I was unable to swim, sunbathe or use deoderant - just perfect when I was going on holiday at 3am the following morning! The therapists in store proceeded to tell me they would give me a refund, but they needed authorisation from the boss and they were unable to get hold of them so to come back after my holiday. Whilst I was away my mother phoned the store to arrange collecting my refund and was spoken to by one of the owners, who was rude, informed her that the therapist had done everything exactly by the book and that no refund would be given. Following my return from holiday, I went back to the store and asked to speak to the manager again. The manager informed me that the therapist had told me the waxing would not work PRIOR to my treatment commencing, and when I questioned the fact that she had offered a refund, including OUT OF HER OWN MONEY, that I was lying and the therapist would never have said that. I asked to see the therapists training and certification to prove she was actually qualified to perform the treatments I had paid for, and whilst I was promised I would be shown these, they were never produced. Eventually the manager gave up and called the owner to come into the store. I spoke to him and following a conversation here and informing him that the therapist had offered a refund from her own money, thus admitting a level of guilt that he would give a partial refund for all elements of the service that were totally unsatisfactory. I returned the following day to get this refund, to be told by the manager that "I was lucky to be getting a refund." Unfortunately the refund was not completed correctly and I still had to come back to the store again later that day to have it reprocessed. I have been left with a totally bitter taste and certainly will not be back. Customer service was atrocious.

Had my nails done here and loved them. They also did the little ones nails and made her feel extra special. Lovely friendly atmosphere would definitely recommend

One star is too much! Went in for a haircut and I was there for less than 6 minutes. The lady who cut my hair just brushed my hair and trimmed the bottom which was short one side and long the other. I had to get this fixed at My expense at another hairdresser! Will not be going back

AVOID. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have spent weeks trying to get a refund which I was promised. It’s not even the money that matters anymore but the unacceptable level of customer service I have received. They will not respond to any messages, phone calls or emails and have promised a refund due to their inability to provide a simple service. It’s terrible. When you ring the salon no one is capable of helping or even talking, they really do not care about customer satisfaction. I really am shocked and upset. I just wanted to get a nice roesent for my daughter for her birthday and they rea,ky haven’t helped at all to resolve the situation.

Had the worst spray tan here the women didn’t even know what way I should be standing. It was terrible and patchy. Also had my face threaded... the women must of put too much pressure on my face as it looked like I had scratches everywhere. When I called up I was told someone would call me back.. no one did! I have called back since and no answer...

Very relaxing atmosphere and lovely staff

One star is too much. Booked in for a wax was left alone to get changed in a private cubicle, the trolley and tray used to hold the equipment was dirty. The place needs a good clean, not hygienic. I used bathroom whilst I was waiting and the sink area was grubby and very dirty, not a good impression I pre booked a consultation for a small laser treatment but at the time of the booking was not told that the consultation would last an hour, OR that it would cost £20. so I allowed 20 mins, the therapist, I think the owner, left me waiting for 35 minutes, then gave me 4 pages of forms to fill in, which I could have completed whilst I was waiting. Most of the questions were irrelevant and needed to be completed by the therapist! After another 20 mins she told me the treatment l needed would cost £725 but I only wanted two ingrown hairs removed via laser. She didn’t seem to grasp this and went on for another 10 minutes trying to upsell me for the expensive option. Finally after 1 hour and 35 mins I left the salon and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Terrible place and dreadful service.

Staff are rude.. I went for a wax and told them when they 'finished' they haven't waxed it all and all she cared about was rushing me out literally still had hairs all over was awful! When I first went in the room there was wax strips all over the floor and I'm guessing massage oil all over the floor and then I was about to get on the bed and there was someone else's blood on the towel and I said and the woman tutted at me because I had said something... Hygiene is awful the job they did was awful and they were rude

Sick to death of this place. Have tried them multiple times now, but my experiances just seems to get worse... first time they took a chunk out of my eye brow the day before I went on holiday... when I looked in the mirror I said whats this? The lady claimed she didnt see it??? Next time had wax dripped in my eye lashes, 3rd time they burnt my face with wax, had a scar for ages... 4th time I had my under arms waxed i still had short hairs left, she tried to blame me for it by saying its because I shaved them... i haven't shaved them for almost a year now and my usual place dont seem to have any trouble removing my underarm hair??? Today was the last straw when they asked me to take a seat they called someone else in before me that got there ages after me. Took over half an hour when all this woman had was an eyebrow wax? When I complained about it the lady blamed me for not telling her... I am heavily pregnant and was so hot from waiting for so long... Have learnt my lesson now and will never return AVOID AVOID AVOID!
