Good range of beauty products and perfumes in a new unit at the Lexicon

I initially came into the Bracknell branch of beauty base a few months ago on the back of some informal on the spot recommendation by two girls in the town centre area (they said that the perfumes can cost a bit more but tend to be good quality). I've been going back multiple times over the summer months from a mixture of good quality perfumes, affordable prices (e.g. there's always a meaningful sale of some sort with something that's considered worth buying so to speak) and arguably the single biggest reason behind my consistent return's been the service received by the people who work here. Tammy, Monib (think that's the name for the lady in the scarf?), Dee and the security guys plus the new lady (Grace I think, sorry in case I got it wrong) have all been simply superb to me. Stella's (the deputy manager lady, sorry if I got any of the names mixed up, I forget things easily but I mean well) informally been my go to person as a rule of thumb. Her recommendations have always served me very well (e.g. every single person I've gotten a perfume for based on her recommendations has been over the moon with the choices). I appreciated Stella having gone the extra mile by writing down a series of her favourite perfumes she can recommend for boys and girls so I can do some perfume present related shopping with confidence as someone who feels clueless about perfumes even if, when or once she's not around during a shopping trip. Oh and the additional freebie bags were much liked by the ladies I did perfume present shopping for. Thank you for everything and hopefully once I got a bit more money put together! Raza =)

Had a most dreadful experience today, this will be the last time I ever purchase from this chain, after supporting them for the full duration of the New Bracknell Town, I have always had my purchases gift wrapped, however this year they do not, I was told not many people are available, I would have to purchase more than £40 of fragrances, what a lot on nonsense. One of the young Temp staff members said he would not want me to wrap as he was rubbish at it, the manager at the front had a shouting match with me as I questioned her about the sudden changes from.last year saying he dauger was on the phone who was sickk in the hospital, I am sorry what a lot of balony, if she was sick why is she manning the tills. Shocking and true and so sad remember customer are thr ones keeping this store open... or maybe soon to be closed.

This shop is the worse shop in this center for 2 reasons. Unfriendly atmosphere because of staff and lady who’s manager, she is impolite. Other reasons price so high to compare with fenwick . I recommend to everyone to don’t buy anything from this shop.

Beauty Base was a revelation! I was served by two friendly and lovely young women who showed that they know their perfume products and their stock. I went into the store with a view to checking out what they had available and ended up purchasing a great fragrance with a promise to return for more! I was given great advice and came away happy with my purchase and visit. Wonderful!

Good place for perfumes... Great offers all the time.. The brands and varieties to pick from is great. They also have dedicated gift wrapping area if you are buying gifts for any one... I would recommend this place for shopping. They also sell make up items.. So great choice for women..

Visited this store yesterday and was greeted by three friendly staff members. The manageress Dee was especially helpful. No purchases were made, we were given some free samples and would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Nice shop, ridiculously hot so couldn't stay in there for long.

Went to get some nail polish for my girl, the staff were helpful and friendly seemed like fair prices too a nice sized shoo with alot of stuff.

Nice shop with a big variety of products, the staff are nice but there's a £5 minimum spend on card.
