Not enough hard skin removal. Had to ask for a base coat to be applied and no polish dryers so had to sit for quite a while waiting for it to dry. Otherwise fine.

Terrible service, extremely rude staff.
I went for a stomach wax- which was my first time doing it. And I ended up with burn marks across my stomach. When I went to the store to complain, the lady got rude to me.
Clearly they have no manners and are not professionals. They simply gave me an email address to complain to- which obviously will do nothing.
So the bottom line is that: If you care about your skin and want an expert to wax for you then avoid this store at all costs.
The services are extremely costly and you get no satisfaction out of it. The rest is your choice.

They used to charge £12 for eyebrow threading so I never went. However, recently they have changed their pricing and it's £4 which is a massive reduction! Nobody would pay £12 in this area. I tried and got my eyebrows done and am very happy with the way the lady does it and go there regularly. I haven't tried any other treatments yet though.

Booked appointment there to remove my shellac and to do regular manicure. Worst experience I've ever had.
First of all they did not have a machine to remove shellac, only acetone, which damages nails very hard.
Second of all they don't disinfect/use new instruments and do manicure/pedicure with the same instruments to everybody. That is not hygienic.
The third thing is that a girl who was doing my manicure did not even removed my cuticle.
But the most terrible thing happened when that girl who was shaping my nails started removing dirt from under my nails WITH HER OWN NAILS!!!! THAT WAS DISGUSTING!
NEVER AGAIN!

This was my first time. I went for pedicure and shellac nails . I must say the work was substandard and staff looked so bored and unenthusiastic. I have very dry skin on my feet. It was a bad job. I can say that because I know how to do pedicure myself. I learnt whilst I was young as a hobby . I regret going to this place. Nothing special about it. I will stick to my normal beautician who is cheap, chirpy and professional.

Came in just to do my eyebrows, one member of staff was dealing with someone asked me to come back within the hour. Waited an hour and came back, another member of staff was there, I asked her the other told me to come back in a hour to do my eyebrows, to which she replied ‘not possible’. Will never go there again, poor service and staff lie. Waste my time.

I checked online to see what time they were open till, it says 7pm. I arrived at 6.45 to be told by 2 women sat on their phones that they had already closed the till and that they wouldn't open it back up even though they weren't closing for another 15 minutes

I went there 15 minutes closing to do my eyebrows which would take 5 minutes but the lady said they already close and wouldn't do my eyebrows. I went back and there was two people before me so the lady, not really nice, that I can't stay because there's two people waiting already. I went 3rd time and finally did my eyebrows but ladies were not really nice as usual and plus my both eyebrows don't look same .

The service is horrible. 0 client attention. During my wax the girl that made the work did not smile at all or say anything. I asked how much would cost a specific part and she just wax without ask for me agreement but only charging more at the end.
