Really nice people but stupid sunbed that doesn’t have a handle or suitable place to grip to close it once you’re inside; try and close it from the top end and any bump will break it. Today it wouldn’t come back on and I wasn’t believed about how much of my minutes I (hadn’t) used. Tip: not the best place in Ealing for sunbeds

I do not recommend sun bed. The ladies are sitting at the desk, they are browsing fb and the client has to wash the sun bed himself. you have to ask for paper,and they give you a little bit. shock!!!!so if you want to go there remember take a roll of paper with you ????

My daughter travelled this morning for her laser hair removal appointment, prescheduled 6 weeks in advance, only to find out that the therapist was not in and the appointment was cancelled without notification. Unreliable and poor customer care

COMPLETE RIP OFF!! I went for a Hollywood wax recently, the room was gross and not clean. When I asked to have a clean towel as it had clearly been used by the previous person ( and not sure how many other people), they refused me. She reused waxing sticks which is ridiculously unsanitary. The appointment took 15 mins, so expected the price to reflect the overall service and I was sorely mistaken. They made me pay £35 in cash which was ludicrous given the time it took, quality of the service, quality of the room. If the price was cheap I wouldn't normally write a review but this was a complete and utter rip off and I wouldn't want other people to fall for the reviews I saw on here.

Amazing salon, highly recommend. Staff were very welcoming and really helpful. I have never done hot wax before and after speaking to the staff they comforted me in to making the step. It was the best waxing experience I've ever had at any salon. I'm glad I found such a great salon with such lovely people, will defo be back! 5* from me!

I strongly recommend this place to do laser hair removal. After the first session the results start to become evident. The machines they use are very good as is pretty much pain-less. Neetu, the therapist that has done all my session is absolutely amazing! Personally and professionally! On top of that, prices are very competitive!

I booked my laser treatments at Beauty Ace based on the Google reviews I had read, and have not been disappointed. From my consultation, to each of my laser treatment, Sadaf has ensured a comfortable and amazing experience. She listens carefully to what you want, and any complaints you may have she attempts to find a solution for. I am on my third treatment and am extremely satisfied with the result so far. My skin has cleared up and looks great.
Sadaf is very friendly and makes your experience at Beauty Ace pleasurable and comfortable, I would definitely recommending booking with her.

I have just finished my laser course. I always had waxing done prior to this, and realised laser was the way to go to completely eliminate the headache of hair in unwanted areas. The results were absolutely fantastic, and the treatment couldn't have gone any better! I have just booked another laser course for a different area to be lasered. Great stuff

I have now become a regular here at Beauty Ace- my therapist is Nittu. She performs a host of treatments including laser hair removal and does the most amazing lash extensions! In fact so good I booked in for a session early in the morning to have my wedding lashes done!
She is very professional and thoughtful and always ensures you leave with perfect lashes! The staff are very helpful including young Arin and there is even a loyalty card !
Can't recommend this place enough 5 stars

I am a flight attendant for a major airlines ,had a layover in london; fortunate enough to have my waxing done at beauty ace salon-- Awesome experience.was welcome by Neetu , she offered tea and warm place to sit ...(i arrived a bit early) waxing was painless and fast . Neetu was very perfessional and friendly .A big thank you to Neetu for the great conversation and excellent job without fail .

Very nice salon. This is the place I go to get my nails done on a regular basis, been coming here for about 2 years now. Haven't thought about going anywhere else. Ive used the Salons other services such as eye brow threading, hair cuts and sun bed and its been great! The staff are very friendly and polite, cant find any faults with this salon. I would recommend anyone to come to this salon, you wont regret it :)

I've been getting my laser treatment here for 4 months now. Would definitely recommend this place and most certainly recommend to get your laser treatments with Sadaf. She's very sweet and professional. Thanks to her I feel so confident and my skin has improved a lot. Not happy booked an appointment got lost because their google maps shows they are inside the shopping area in Ealing. Arrived for my appointment and got told next is available in an hour. You lost a potentially loyal customer! They were not polite or kind or tried to fit me in at all for the time. Fix your address on google maps.

Neetu , the beautician whom I regularly book my services with ,is extremely efficient, super friendly , helpful and very quick . Neetu is my specialist for my laser treatment. She is professional, kind and courteous. She is highly knowledgeable about laser treatment and answered my queries extremely well considering how reluctant I was to do laser as I have darker skin. Came in to the salon on a Sunday, they were all busy and fully booked, but a lovely lady called Sadaf offered to squeeze me in her half hour space and managed to complete under arm legs and bikini with still time to spare!
