I see Kimberly Gardner and she is a sweet, understanding inspiration. She has helped me through some bad times. I also see Kimberly Williams for therapy and she is a delight to work with. In life, it’s my opinion that you meet two or three people outside your family that makes you feel they genuinely care about you and your well being. My doctor Dean, optimizes that quality in every way! He listens, he asks, but most importantly he builds a relationship NOT a transaction. Thank you for having such compassionate and caring people. I shared some feedback on here last night abiut an issue I has with scheduling. Absolute first thing this morning, I received a call from the office manager. She was very helpful and we were able to work things out.
I ended up seeing my usual provider, Dean this afternoon.
I'm really happy with the service here and the ability to share honest feedback. I'm also relieved to continue working with Dean. Highly recommended.

I have had nothing but great experiences with each appointment at Prime Psychiatry. From the front office staff, to billing questions, and of course the providers; Prime is best in class. Dr. Noor is very compassionate, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her. Five stars all the way!! The virtual visit platform makes it very convenient for those that can't get away from work or commute to an appointment.

Today was my first appointment and instead of that uneasy feeling of is this really going to help me?? I feel very hopeful. I actually feel relieved in a way. Definitely think this is the right place for me to be. I was worried that doing an appointment over a video call would feel a lot less personal but I was wrong, it was more comfortable to be in my surroundings. Stephanie was great and I feel like I’m going to be on the path to a better version of myself! My advice go for it, make your appointment!

The patient portal and video platform are really user friendly. Virtual therapy from the comfort of my home has been wonderful. Jennifer Sexton is great, very compassionate in her delivery and so clear with goal setting and guidance. I'm so grateful to have found prime psychiatry and would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for mental health care.

Everyone was very kind. My doctor seems really compassionate and wanting to help. I wanted to be tested for autism but they are unable to assist me with that. I would like to be reevaluated but that has not been brought up.

I followed Sabrina Labvah here from Changes McKinney. She manages my medications, and after finally discovering not only prescriptions that are effective, but a provider as well, I didn't really want to go anywhere else and start over. Mental illness is hard and soul-sucking, but it is exponentially harder to navigate alone.
I think what I love the most about Sabrina is that she makes a lot of real effort to understand her patient's mood disorders from a clinical level, but she also wants to understand who they are as people, the "how and why" of each of them fundamentally, in order move forward with them as a provider who treats the issue, not just the symptom. I've been on antidepressants etc before in the past, but it's been from a GP who sees depression and treats depression. Sabrina knows how to treat it clinically and scientifically, but she also worked very closely with my therapist so that my diagnoses were being handled in the way that is best for me.
Sabrina is just one of those people who can instantly make you feel calm. She has this really chill personality, when she speaks she's very quiet and smooth and laid back, like dripping honey. I think that therapy is kind of stigmatized a lot by film and media as this hush-hush thing that is only for the most broken of the broken and it has to be terrible and expensive and you have to hate every minute of it. But Sabrina is nothing like that. Were she not my provider, I would probably consider her a friend.

Front office and organization is just simply not there. However, Dr. R. Preston is simply amazing (she gets 5 stars). I told them to run my card on file after ea h visit. And they didn’t. All of a sudden I am getting text messages at months in saying that I have a balance. THEN when you call..... good luck getting through. I work in the medical industry, And I know the phones can be nonstop. However, if there aren’t patients in your clinic due to covid, your focus should be phones. Not to mention, my only patient portal has no info in it. I’m not thrilled with the customer service and have been a patient here for almost 3 years. With that being said, my psychiatrist is amazing.

Overall, no issue with the service I got. And, my practitioner, Jolyn was great. But, I'm a person that prefers human interaction. I'm not a big fan of virtual living and everything being done by phone, internet, website, app, etc. And, visits by telehealth. When I have an issue I wanna talk to a person and look at you face to face, not deal with electronics and sit behind a screen. But, that's admittedly an issue I have in our "new normal" world. But I won't give great review to any company that buys into it.

I was super EXCITED to see Sabrina!!:)) I was her patient at a different facility.i was super excited and more than happy to follow her to prime . sabrina has never made me feel lile a patient,but a friend. I was very pleased with the professionalism and care my child received working with Dr. Noor. Especially being in the field of mental health it can be difficult to trust someone with your own child and Dr. Noor was so personable that my teen was comfortable. I appreciated her thoughtful assessment and recommendations not only regarding medications but options to support other aspects of my child’s social, emotional and educational well being. I will be recommending Dr. Noor to my clients and friends.

Sabrina Labvah is an amazing psychoatrist and were it not for her moving to this location and me wanting to continue my care with her, I would have moved on.. I am not a fan of their new patient scheduling process. I called and left a voice mail and it said they could take up to 3 business days to call back. Okay that's unusually long for a call back, but I figured I'd try again the next day. When I called the next day, they answered the phone and told me that I needed to wait for a scheduler to call me back and that they would call me back to schedule within the next day. Another 4 days later I got fed up. I called and said its been well over 3 days you haven't called me. So the girl who answered finally gave me an appointment. All my paperwork was done online and was a fairly straightforward process. Why on earth it was so incredibly complicated to get an appointment is a problem they need to fix.

I've been a patient for almost 2 years now. Dean Cochran and Kimberly Williams have been fantastic and incredibly helpful and patient.
That said, I had to knock a couple stars off because when I tried to get FMLA paperwork signed for intermittent leave at work I was told that the staff "weren't allowed" to fill out fmla paperwork, they don't do it for anyone, and I was welcome to find another doctor.
Really helpful there...
That info is *nowhere* on their website, and even more baffling because they filled it out once before when i was a new patient without issues.

It was not an easy step for me to reach out for help with my mental health. I was put at ease when I called Prime Psychiatry and even more so when I met Dr. Noor. She is undoubtedly an expert in her field, but what I like most about our meetings is that she listens to what I’m saying without an agenda and we come up with plans together. Covid hit and I didn’t know what to expect from an online appointment but I was not disappointed with the quality of our meetings. I would recommend Dr. Noor to friends and family and feel extremely lucky that she is my doctor.

If the front office tells you that they'll call you back.. don't believe it. Literally have been told that for two weeks and I've been calling them every other day because they don't call you back. The office manager is excellent but it’s just by the time she intervenes, the damage is done. There’s a big miscommunication happening in the office and I think that’s getting in the way of them helping other people and is just making their patients stressed out. If they care, they should explain to their patients thoroughly of the problems and not keep them in the dark. Also, their procedures and process are confusing. They give me two different answers or incomplete answers. Like the front desk or the doctor should say “there’s a fee for completing a form” instead of finding out last minute. Yes, they waived my fee but that doesn’t excuse the poor way things were handled. I think the solution was simple but they made it a nightmare for me. Also they tried to manipulate me by saying they finally did their job (the day after it was supposed to be done) and make me feel guilty about my review and told me that I should take it down and that it’s unfair to them. But what about the pain they caused me? Being called a liar by the doctor? Like if the doctor is unable to fill out a form, then just say that. They don’t say “the patient never discussed that with me” when I clearly did. And I’m the one being unfair to them.

I want to sincerely thank Dr Sadaf Noor. I have been having extreme social anxiety issue for over a decade, which had effected the quality of my life, career and everything I do in a daily basic. Dec 2020, based on some recommendation, i made an appointment with Dr Noor the magic started. In about 2.5 months, I feel like I have recovered 75-80% and i am still getting better. She is very professional, listens and understands the issues and does her best to remedy the condition. I highly recommend anyone seeking help over to Dr Noor. ~Thank you Dr Noor for changing my life.

Tried to get an appointment with Dr. Air. my situation/diagnosis is a little more complicated. I have never seen an NPA before and they tried push one on me and said Dr. Air was no longer seeing patients. I didn't feel comfortable with that. I didn't make an appointment. Very disappointed. I did want to go there.

Kimberley Gardner cannot be faulted. She changed my life. I only took away one star because when my first provider left, Joanna Ernisse, nobody notified me. It came as a really bad surprise. On top of that, I was told virtual visits were covered (the reason why I chose the practice) only to find out abruptly that they had been wrong the entire time. At least they didn’t go back and charge me. But this still meant I had to miss work to travel to Frisco from Denton, as changing providers in mental healthcare is difficult. The anxiety of getting help from someone completely new didn’t help, either, but I lucked out.

I truly enjoy the full staff at Prime Psychiatry, especially Jolyn one of the the nurse practitioners. I am so very glad I was referred to her she’s such a wonderful woman. She is patient, kind, empathetic as well as kind spirited. She doesn’t make me feel like a client, she makes me feel like a human. The front desk ladies are very kind and sweet as well. They showed mercy on me when my insurance was cancelled and allowed me to still see the doctor and pay as I go. Everyone there is understanding I already recommend my therapist Jennifer and Jolyn to people when asked where is a good place to go. Jennifer also is good she is real when It comes to handling problems and has been a true help to me.

I have had several bad experiences here now and I am fed up with it. I've had tele appointments set up and no one bothered to show up. On several occasions my refill prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. My medication ran out, and the only way I ever heard from someone was after I threatened to leave a bad review. And now, here we are again. No one answers the phone. A voicemail states to leave a message and they will call you back in 3 business days. The place has gone downhill. I seriously doubt the several recent positive reviews are even real because the last time I checked, there were many other people experiencing the same thing I am going through. I want my medication refilled like I have already paid you for and I am done with Sub-Prime Psychiatry.

This place feels more like a Walmart Superstore of Nurse Practitioners. Dr Air or whatever his real name is, actually is nowhere around. He runs the place more like a franchise. It lacks the one on one interaction with a real MD psychiatrist each session. The girl at the front desk couldn’t even answer the most basic of questions and it was clear she did not know who I would be “assigned to” She got very rude when I pressed her and insisted that I wanted my daughter to be seen by a real psychiatrist. She kept lecturing and scolding me like I was a child or something. Very dubious. I am looking for a real MD Doctor not the Holiday Inn or McDonald’s Franchise of Nursing. I would never go there or trust my child with their medications. Avoid
