My BMW 3 series went for repair here after the very common chain fault on these models.
I had a quote from them for £1000 (Confirmed by SMS). In the end when the car was ready I ended up with a bill for £2397 for "cash" payment. £600-700 of this was due to agreed extra work however the rest was just due to poor estimation of the work and cost additions on their side.
The work was fine but I would be very careful when sending work here due to the marked price hike from initial quote.

First Overpriced price for parts so if needed use this garage check prices for parts yourself and buy it yourself! , so my story was started with my air-conditioning , I was asked them to replace it my condenser ( they give double price for parts! So I decided to getting myself) anyway after one week air-conditioning was empty so I went again to this place and they "checked" and filled again and this time was last for few days only , I was spoken with guy on phone and he told me they will be needed order new seals as they used old one! when replacing my air condenser! ( Yes they used 8 years old seals!!!)waiting another two weeks for seals to get this done and I went again ( is not close from my place by the way) and this time they keep me outside for over two hours without offering nothing to seat , thanks God was not raining! After two hours I went from that place with my air-conditioning working ????, but not for long! Yes you reading right again was empty after few days! I went back again and this time I was get courtesy car instead to wait outside again! ,So when I was dropped my car I was asked as well about taking a look on my reverse gear switch as he was played tricks sometimes,
They kept my car for over two days when I back they did nothing about switch not checked at all! They charged me £65! Just for reverse bulb! And guess what? My air-conditioning wasn't working to!!!! This is a Circus not garage! , Anyway they told me they need order some valve, I just lost confidence with them anyway and I drive home ( replaced switch myself problem gone) after two weeks when I called them few times ask what is going on they book me for week after but Lady from reception want me to pay again for job what I was paid already!! So I told her to ask her boss to ring me about this so we can sorted out this but looks like boss don't even bother , this place is a joke, my friend dropped car on they place they keep 2 weeks without contacting with him because they cannot find problem so my friend did research themselve and told them what is wrong so they can repair , I don't recommend that garage at all!!!!
