I have been going to Pilates with Fran for a number of years now. Fran is an excellent teacher and always takes time to make sure each person in the class has her input. She is always so friendly and warm and the venue is excellent too. I feel attending regular Pilates with Fran has been brilliant for my lower back, posture and all round fitness.
