I went to see Matt with severe ITB syndrome and lower back pain just before the London Marathon. Matt took an integrative approach with me - dry needling, manipulations and sports massage - and I can honestly say that my lower back felt 90% better after just one visit. He has also advised me on a recovery training programme. I'm back running now and getting stronger every day. He seriously has a magic touch!

Matt has been heavily involved over the past few years with the Southwark Lancers Rugby team which I previously coached. He freely gives of his own spare time to come to training and matches to patch up our walking wounded. It is a testament to his level of care and expertise that many of the players now regularly visit Matt privately for ongoing care. It was on the recommendation of my players that i attended Matt's practice in a personal capacity. Being a former rugby player and being stuck behind a desk, i suffer from various neck and back ailments which Matt has been able put me on the right track to recovery. Having attended many physios and medical professionals over the years, I found Matt's treatment excellent. Following a rigorous assessment he was able to diagnose and treat my neck and back pain with a few sessions of thorough massage and manipulation. Matt is very hands-on and really works out those knots, bumps, clicks and cracks. I wouldn't hesitate to professionally recommend Matt to a friend or colleague, and he's also a top bloke which is rare for rugby loving Kiwi :o)

Possibly the best osteopath I've visited in the 12 years I've suffered from back pain. I struggled to walk in to my initial appointment but after an hour with Matt I walked out with little trouble. He was friendly and gave some great advice on how to limit my back troubles in future. Would definitely recommend.

I have been recommended Evolution Osteopathy from a friend. I trust recommendations especially when it comes to health. I have injured my lower back a few years ago whilst skiing and have been achey since. Last year it got a little worse and I was in a lot of pain. Coming to Evolution Osteopathy has been a very good idea for me and a real life-changing experience, after a couple of sections I have already started to see improvements. Matthew, the osteopath there, is not only very skilled but has the ability of making you feel very at ease and relaxed, which is so key if you are already in pain. All my friends already know about him!

After ripping my calf muscle in a biking accident, I had a brilliant session to assess the damage, my alignment and sort out the little issues I had like tense back muscles. I'd had no previous, so didn't know what to expect - was talked through the whole experience in a great manner and the therapy I received was amazing - I left feeling like a new person. When I finally had my hospital consultation, they confirmed everything I'd been told and confirmed I'd done everything right, under the direction of Evolution.
Soon after, when a colleague had a trapped nerve, I sent him straight round and he came back singing the praises also. He is a pro in treatments due to his condition, so it was good to hear that my experience wasn't a one off and was rated just as well.
I can't recommend these guys enough, especially Matt who treated me. I will be back!!

I injured my shoulder/upper arm and after 3 weeks of hoping it would mend itself, I went to see Matt on the recommendation of a friend. I wish I hadn't waited so long. After one session I could move my neck again and the next morning I woke with full arm movement for the first time since the injury. A further session sorted me out completely. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a sports accident and was having terrible back pain for a few weeks, with my GP unable to suggest anything beyond pain killers. I found Matthew nearby, and had an appointment arranged for the next day. After the first session I felt a huge difference, and after 3 sessions my back felt better than it had in years! I could not recommend Matthew more!

I've had problems relating to my neck leg and knee on the right side of my body for many years. I finally got round to booking an osteopath after many failed attempts by physios and Doctors to solve the problem. Matt at Evolution Osteopathy was a revelation. Not only is he really friendly and easy to talk to but he is really accommodating and happy to fit around your needs. He spends time getting to the root of the problem and really seems to know what effect his work will have on you so there are no surprises. He makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable, and makes you feel that he really cares about your improvement. I can honestly say that everytime I visit I leave feeling a new person, my only problem is I can't go every week. The clinic has a really nice homely feel to it and is also relaxing and friendly.

I'm so glad I found Matt! I was 30 weeks pregnant when I started experiencing SPD related pains, that made walking close to impossible. I only needed 1 session with Matt and felt improvement (basically 2 days after the treatment all pain went away!). I recommend Matt to all pregnant women suffering from SPD, his treatment really works!
