My car was taken in for an annual service and when it came back they told me there was multiple problems with my car which I know were never a problem before I gave them my car. Youseff then declared to me he was "waiting on a part" after that conversation Youseff decided to ignore my calls and I was forced to go to another garage, I am now looking at paying £560 for repairs on my car that he caused. I would never recommend their services.

This was my first time visiting this garage, my car was due for a service check. I was met by Yusuf who was very polite and helpful. He managed to order the parts needed for my car and get me back on the road within a few hours of drop off. I cannot speak highly enough of this garage, massive thank you!

I went to this garage and it is brilliant. Yousaf (the mechanic) diagnosed the problem and managed to fix it the same day. The pricing was reasonable and he explained what he was doing and what had been fixed. This place is excellent. I will definitely be going back whenever I have an issue with my car and for an MOT. Very happy with the service.

Called in after passing another garage who weren't very helpful. BPG were happy to help and spoke to me clearly and explained the issue... I was quickly sorted and at a very reasonable price too... even more so considering i just drove up without an appt.

In summary, the remedial action following the botched job (and subsequent lack of support) cost more than I paid Balls Pond Road Garage for the original job.
I paid £80 for BPRG to replace a door, which sounded like a simple job.
The first surprise was that the owner did not call me to describe the state of the door, which had been sent directly to the garage. And in particular didn't mention the fact that it was damaged, which would have given me the option to return it. However, I only discovered only once the door was fitted.
Soon after I found that the door would not unlocked and couldn't be open from inside or out. I took it back and the owner / manager tried to palm me off to a body shop, suggesting that they'd be able to get the door open with tools that he didn't have. This turned out not to be the case, so I called back and was told that they were too busy to see me in the next week or so and then were going on holiday for a month.
I could see he wasn't at all interested in putting this right, so I ended up paying over £200 to get the door open and lock mechanism fixed.

My Ford Focus bonnet lock was broken and Yusef not only replaced with new lock, using same key, with 24hrs... He checked engine, display showing 'fault', giving me clear advice and confidence in the reason for this. Assurring me engine etc were ok.
I found him to be very courteous and helpful, and am very happy to give positive feedback here!
And ... Reasonable price.

I brought in my BMW 3 series to be checked because the screen wash light was on the dashboard after it has just been in for repair by a BMW dealer for a bumper and headlight. I went back to BMW dealers they said it will need to be booked in again and the only time slot they had available was in two weeks, so I could not wait that long. I decided to take it somewhere else. I told Mr. Yusaf that I have been to several garages and they informed me that in order to look at this fault its gonna cost me about £80-140 labour just to have a look at, then if it need parts it will be extra, which just is daylight robbery, so he reassured me that he will look at it and wont charge me, if it need parts he will advise me. After looking at it he found that when the hose pipe on the screen wash bottle was disconnected. He reconnected it and did not charged me a penny, but told he me that as long as I use his garage in future for my service, repairs, and recommend him to other friends and family.I found Mr Yusaf to be honest and sincere. I'll definately be using him from now on.

Used Yousef three times for annual car service. Was reasonably happy with with though he did seem evasive at times. The last time I called about a cambelt change he answered the phone them pretended not to be Yousef. I was very suspicious so I called back and called his bluff. I don't use these guys anymore.
