5G have been fantastic right from the word go! After being recommended the company from a colleague we go in contact with Grant who has since been on call 24 hours for any queries and questions we had. The organisation of our contracts and requirements for our company were dealt with extremely well. The installation team were fantastic and were on site as long as the job needed. Nothing has seemed to much for 5G. The service received has been second to none and haven't hesitated to recommend since getting our system fitted.

We have been a customer of 5G for many years. All aspects of our telecommunications are now with them and they have guided us helpfully and professionally every time we have needed them. They have a UK Help line so when we need them our calls are answered quickly and dealt with immediately. Our Account Manager is Grant Broom-Edwards who is friendly, efficient and professional and I would recommend 5G and Grant for your telecoms requirements. Well done 5G !

Been dealing with 5g for many years after having a very horrible time with BT my old provider. Matthew came in and offered a solution and promised me that any issues I could always call him which is what I found so frustrating about BT always being passed from pillar to post and he was true to his word. Any issues over the year were sorted very quickly and efficiently, a very reliable company with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We at Creative Catering currently have 2 business lines with 5G. No matter who we speak to with 5G, especially if we are having any issues, the customer service is always second to none.
We have built a great business relationship with one of your colleagues Bronson Sims who looks after us very well.
Bronson is very helpful and knowlegable and will always follow up any queries we have. He will call or email us to check everything is working okay and is currently checking our status for faster fibre broadband.

Fantastic company! I was assisted by a lovely chap called Brent who made many visits to assess my requirements when I required a completely new telephone system for my company. Roger and the team at 5G are realistic in that however hard they pan to prevent any issues happening, sometimes things will happen. They are super responsive, their engineers have been professional and helpful on site. Good to have a regular voice at the end of the phone giving you a quick answer and solution. The follow up is great too.

We have been with 5G for over 4 years now and they cannot be faulted. 5G are one of the most professional companies I have ever had the privilege of working with.
5G's knowledge of the communication systems they provide and their technical support is extremely efficient and helpful. Brent Lombard has been a main point of contact between 5G and my company and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We have been using 5g for our communications for several years now and they have been extremely helpful. Our account manager Matt Appleford keeps me up to date with anything I need to know and works tirelessly on our behalf to make sure we are getting the best out of our systems.We run half a dozen sites and 5g have replaced some of our hardware when it has needed renewing. our costs have gone down and our performance levels have gone up so you can't really ask for more than that !

We have dealt with 5G and their engineer Tom Wakeland for many years with our telephone system and CCTV. Tom is extremely helpful and always on hand to provide support and assistance. We also use 5G for our telephone calls and line rental and have never had any problems and they seem very reasonably priced compared to other providers on the market.
I would highly recommend 5G for an easily accessible and personal approach to telephone services and support.

If you need tel and internet go with them.
If I had any problem there was no long waits on the phone to customer service which, always really helpful.
I needed 2 invoices for last few months, wrote an email and got them after few hours.

This company is amazing. All the staff are absolutely amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful. Whenever you call them with any query; they sort it out as soon as possible. They are always on hand to sort out any issues. They always give our company (Conway House Dental) the best possible advice. They pick up the phone very quickly( no waiting around for ages ).

We've used 5G for getting on for 15 years or more, from when they began really, and always had great service. They are proactive and responsive. It's a great benefit to have a local company with a UK team where you can actually speak to someone who knows about your business first time, rather than going to a call centre where you're just a number on a list. The 5G people genuinely care about their customers.

We have had the great pleasure to have worked with 5 g over the last three years here in Specsavers Weston-super-Mare. Initially we entered into the agreement for our telephone system after some excellent help and advice from Dan Smith, it also reduced our bills significantly!!
We relocated to a significantly larger unit in December 2017 and once again with the expert help given we have updated our system to include the ‘I call ‘software as we decided to develop a dedicated customer call centre.
The ongoing help given by Dan Smith and Ricky in programming along with the wider 5g team has been essential to help us to run and grow our new business.
The support from these two guys particularly has been fantastic and the customer service level certainly has exceeded our expectations.

We've been a customer of 5G for a number of years and struggle to find anything negative to say. We have two sites and 5G have given us seamless connectively with our phone system between them both.
As with anything technical, faults have been known to occur but when they do, their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
