Staff are consistently rude, dismissive and un-helpful.. they take forever to ready your order, and then moan when you show up a few minutes early.
Toolstation is just round the corner. They are cheaper, better stocked, the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.

Always good to order on line first and then go to pick up. Staff are helpful and polite. At certain times of day it can get busy and there can be a wait for your order, but generally service is quite prompt. If they don't have what you need they can normally have it for you the next day.
