Absolutely appalling after sales, 18 column radiators purchased 5 of which have failed causing damage to our newly renovated property, the first one failed after only 6 months. Zehnder are refusing to replace all 18 radiators or give us our money back, they did kindly pay for our damaged floor??? Totally backward company who are now ignoring my emails which leaves us no other option but to go down the legal route, thankfully we have legal cover with our home insurance. Avoid at all costs

Appalling customer services. After purchasing a house load of the column type radiators once unpacked we found a 2 of them had been damaged in transit having damage to the paint finish. Plus most of the fixing brackets had received no paint finish at all. A call was made the CS dept and a request for a touch up paint was made. I felt thought this was the cheapest & easiest solution for both parties and would have been happy with this result. I was told "There is a charge for Touch up Pens and paint . We do not do Free of Charge products". I thought this was a strange response after purchasing some many radiators. I was also told that I can not purchase this from Zehnder or the supplier of the radiators but would have to go through a 3rd party. 2 months later I now have my touch up pen at a cost of £50. Would never use Zehnder/Acova product on any future projects

Shocking after sales service, Gareth who is their 'Technical' just throws everything back any other possible source of blame if anything goes wrong so in effect any guarantee is worthless. Avoid at all costs

A modern, well organised, extensive showroom, highlighting products from the group in a clear and concise layout, with some of the items working, and connected for demonstration purposes. Friendly staff on hand, as well as refreshments, made the whole experience worthwhile.

Extremely Poor quality Customer Service. Wrong order was delivered. Costs were incurred (as well as considerable inconvenience) as a result of having to correct the order. SMS messages were ignored. No renumeration was offered. Data Protection was breached over the telephone. Limited apology was made. Customer Representative on the telephone was abrupt, patronising, condescending, rude and dismissive. Will certainly shop elsewhere in the future.
