I have a bathroom fan built by Manrose Manufacturing. When one of the bearings seized due to a humidity problem, I was very pleased to find that the entire fan could be easily disassembled, repaired and rebuilt. How refreshing! Highly recommended!

What a great company to deal with. Had to contact them regarding problem with bathroom fan system and was dealt with by Chris Campion. He supplied swift, easily understood replies in simple concise terms.
If he is an example of how to provide customer care at this company then both he and the company should be commended.

Poor health and safety company do not provide any safety gloves or masks manager has very bad behaviour with employees swearing to the employees as if they are slaves
You only get a few nice people who help whilst producing ventilation fans bad team work and you have to work even if you are asthmatic!!

Be very weary of their products and claimed output of their fans. I installed 3 of their extract fans on a new build for the outputs to be 1/3 of the claimed extraction rate. I had to pay a further £400 for a second extraction survey once installed Vent Axia, which all passed exceeding their claimed outputs.
I wrote a lengthy letter to Manrose to receive a very patronising letter and some duct turbulence inserts that would never have increased the output by 2/3. Inferior product with poor customer assistance.

Had an emergency to deal with. Was told they closed at 4.30PM. Called constantly from 4.20PM and got no answer. My gerbil is no longer with us due to this oversight.
