Overall very please! I am a lash technician and have struggled with allergies/severe colds to any type of lash glue for over 4 years. I would have intense colds and headaches Monday-Sunday for several years. Ive tried everything to prevent these allergies but nothing seemed to help. This company was helpful and thorough. I purchased the Whisper machine and an air purifying machine (have yet to try the air purifying machine) but OH BOY... What a difference. My colds and headaches went away completely. Life changer. If you are a lash technician and struggle with glue sensitivity I would highly recommend the Whisper machine. Only issue was the costumer service is a little all over the place. Overall super pleased and happy with my purchase! Would recommend.

Overall this is a great unit!!! I had a small hiccup but the CEO reached out personally to me and helped me solve the issue. Aerovex System is a great product and if I were to ever open my own salon I would definitely use these units. Once again I definitely appreciate the service!

I can't say enough great things about Aerovex Systems products! As a Brazilian Blowout and keratin treatment specialist, I do them every day, and I wouldn't do them without my Chemical Source Capture System and The One That Works room air purifier. I've been using them since 2009, and not only is it for my safety but I actually get new clients because they like that I have it! Several of my reviews here and on Yelp mention how comfortable the environment is in my suite, especially if they have experienced burning eyes, coughing, etc. when having treatments at other salons in the past. Aerovex Systems products work like a charm and pay for themselves!

Bad customer service. What's the point of having a chat if you're going to constantly read my messages but not reply even after 5 hours? I didn't want to enter my email address so I don't receive their marketing content.

I own three Aerovex Machines at my salon, to know for a fact that the fumes from all of the Keratin treatments that we do go inside the Aerovex System, and not in my lungs They are totally worth it. The entire Aerovex team is very professional. They provide machines that are saving our health. I take my health seriously, and also my customers health. You have to take precautions when we are dealing with these toxic fumes. Invest in your health and your life. Get these machines.The owners of Aerovex, are the kindest people, and are so helpful to all of my needs. Also I advertise on Groupon, and you will read about us using the Aerovex Systems. Customers come to my salon because we use Aerovex.

Our salons have had the Aerovex systems in place since the invention of keratin smoothing treatments. For my staffs health and our clients health, we have found this system indispensable. I would not do a smoothing service without the Aerovax system. It has even been a lure in the hiring process. Client have chosen our salon because we utilize this. The customer service from Aerovax is amazing and I can't say enough for the quick response to any question. Our nail technicians and their clients rave about the nail ventilation system. Aerovax is a five star company with a five star product!

Not happy at all with this company. Long story short, they lied to me just to make a sale. Complete waste of $4,000.
