I wouldn't recommend giving them your money.
I made a mistake with my order and cancelled it minutes after. They acknowledged that I had cancelled and now have just gone silent. They have just taken my money and are ignoring my questioning emails.

Double charged my nanny despite her test being pre-booked online and paid for by me, they then promised to refund her and have not done so its has now been over a month and no one is picking up the phone or responding to emails..... beware!

Highly recommend. I used the Baker Street clinic. Took a swab at 3pm and got my results by 9pm same day....they can take up to 24 hours though. Check your junk folder for results.

Great service, quick and easy. You are in and out in 5-10 minutes. Very safe and test is not uncomfortable, much more friendly than other test. Staff is very professional, I would totally recommend this to anyone!!!

I haven't received yet the results after 30 hours. This is really distressing. Does anyone know who to contact? Update: My results arrived after 48 hours, which is of course much later than the 24 hours "guaranteed" and as stated in the Biogroup website. Still on time for my train to Paris, but they should be more honest and let people know that there can be delays.

It's been 2 weeks since I did the COVID test and I still haven't received the results. Needless to say that getting the results now is completely useless, so I will contact the ombudsman services if I don't get refunded.

Biogroup - I have been trying to update my elderly parents test for a week. I went in person and they couldn't change it; I filled out the web form and they've yet to respond; no one answers the calls; and now I'm literally emailing them from the hospital to no avail. Shame on them for profiting off the pandemic with no regard to the people who are forced to use their tests in unfortunate circumstances.

It’s been over 24 hours now and my reason for testing is to attend a family members funeral tomorrow. However without a result I will not be able to attend. Extremely disappointed the results have not yet come through having paid so much for the private route with the 24 hour turnaround as stated on their website.
