I bought two amazing bedside table lamps from Ruby Watts and whilst I had to wait for them to come back into stock, the Ruby Watts team kept me informed religiously. When it finally came to the much anticipated delivery, it transpired that the package had been intercepted and the lights were delivered rolling around loosely in a large box originally housing motorcycle helmets! To cut a long story short after speaking to Sophia, every effort was made to look at ways of addressing the issue. Sophia was absolutely amazing in trying to rectify the issue that clearly had nothing to do with Ruby Watts. If I could regularly deal with people such as Sophia be it professional or social basis, life would be 10 times easier. Cannot recommend Ruby Watts highly enough!

Before speaking to Sophia from Ruby Watts our open plan living space was mainly lit with spotlights, and lacked warm lighting that would encourage us to use certain areas. Sometimes the space could feel quite cold and unwelcoming especially in the winter months and evenings. After the online consultation we implemented some really simple and immediate fixes that she had suggested to our existing lighting which have made a huge difference already; switching bulbs around, adding dimmer switches and where to position lamps. We have some very dark areas which use LED strip lights, they are pretty harsh and not very inviting. Sophia quickly told me we were not using the right bulbs, and told me exactly what spec I need to buy, I'm so excited to change these - I had no idea this was something that could be improved.
Sophia really inspired me and I was so happy to see what a difference some small tweaks have made to how cosy our home feels. We bought some dandy lamps from Ruby Watts which are absolutely stunning and give off a beautiful glow on a dark and cold day, and she also made some more product suggestions that would work in the space for us to think about. It was a real eye opener. I'm delighted with the changes and can't wait to implement more throughout the rest of the house - thank you Sophia!

I cannot rate our experience with Ruby Watts Lighting high enough. Sophia was so understanding of the challenges we had trying to improve, update & increase the lighting in our old barn conversion. She is extremely personable, full of ideas & great at keeping to a brief, yet with skill at introducing a different approach for us to explore.
The result is a transformation! We now have a dining area with 3 large porcelain British made pendants and a lounge seating area with a ginormous Sputnik ‘chandelier’ and up/down lighters on the the column posts making the room feel more inviting & now we can actually see!

We were lucky enough to have the very wonderful and talented Sofia of Ruby Watts contribute to the design of our new office space. Sofia brought her wealth of knowledge of the products available and most particularly, was able to give us her expert advice on the lighting. Sofia was so patient! We are not the most decisive couple and took a long time to make up our minds, however, Sofia stuck with us and continued to research and send us ideas to consider. We are so happy in our office, its comfortable, stylish and functional. We get many compliments and in particular about the lighting. We would highly recommend Sofia for any design project and hope we can work with her again in the future! Amanda x
