Great place. I needed a welding helmet to finish a job off at home. Called and said I would be there by 5:15. Of the employees put one aside and had it ready for me to pick up on my way home. Great service

AMAZING service!! SUPER helpful!! Prices are good (and worth eVeRy penny rather than dealing with the BiG tool supply stores. KMS Tools does have WiCKeD sales too so keep an eye! Oh, and a big 'thank you' to KMS staff for selling/supporting/teaching me all about Bosch and their batteries.
BTW, (((these Bosch 360 Power Boss radio/sub-woofer/surge protector/battery charger/ are indestructible and sound aMaZiNG!!)))

Went to get a t-track and took a sample of the bolt that I needed to fit into that t-track. The mature fellow who helped me obviously had lots of knowledge, and assisted me quickly, efficiently and expertisely so much so that I was in and out with the right part in a blink of an eye. It's nice dealing with people who know what they're talking about and what they're dealing with.

Really bad experience. I felt lied to they did not hold up the end their end of the bargain on a certain product that was on promotion the manager was absolutely unprofessional and rude when I phoned about it I will never go to this location again it's all began with a Milwaukee promotion that they had with over a free battery if they were giving out with a certain package I bought that package they told me they were out of stock batteries at the moment but when they get more they would call me they never did I tried to phone back the manager said it's too late and hung up on me very unprofessional

I’m very happy with the Dewalt scroll saw I bought here. I spoke with Chris on the phone before arriving, and when I came in for the purchase he helped me load the saw with stand and all into my car and was personable even though he had to be quick for the several other customers waiting for his help.
I will continue to buy tools here.

I ordered a jacket online on December 12th for in store pickup as it was a Christmas present and I did not want to take any chances by having it delivered. It said it was in stock and would take a few days for them to get the order ready. I called maybe a week later and they told me they didn’t have it in stores and it was being transferred from Kamloops so at this point I know I’m not getting it in time for Christmas. We called almost every week to check the status and they kept telling me it was on the truck being transferred. NOW I call and they tell me it’s out of stock everywhere... so what a waste of time, customer service is horrible, you call them and it seems like your just bothering them. Take it from me and never online shop here cause I will guarantee you will be disappointed. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Not a good first impression. I have never been to the store, though planned on going after I found out whether they had the parts I needed. Therefore; I called beforehand to confirm whether they did indeed have those parts. I call, and an employee answers, and while he's introducing the store etc. I think he's done talking, but he isn't, and I accidentally cut him off. Next thing you know we get disconnected. Or so I thought. So I call back, and am like "I guess we got disconnected", and he replies "I was still talking".
Did this dude seriously just hang up on me? I mean grow up man ! Anyway, I hope this is just a misunderstanding. They didn't have my parts anyways, but did recommend some places I could contact for said parts. So at the very least they gave me a lead. This may seem like a petty review, but customer service is very important, and one needs to know how to deal with a variety of customers/ characters, you can't throw a tantrum the moment someone does something you do not like.
I will improve/reduce rating upon further contact with this company.

KMS tools is a very good place to buy your tools. The staff there are extremely awesome when it comes to customer service. Let me tell you, I am impressed with the experience today (May 26) at Langley location. This store looks after its customers by their smart anti-Covid set up. They advertise best value guaranteed I asked the salesman when I walked in if they price matched. He said yes. Then he spent a long time verifying the sale price at another store, I looked over and could see he was looking at the ad. I suggested he could phone twice he said he probably would all the time looking at this ad. After a while of doing nothing but going back and forth on the ad he told me he couldn't match the price.

Better off buying cheaper products from Princess Auto. At least they warranty their own products. If you buy expensive name brand tools from KMS they will fail just as easily and they will do nothing for you. You would get better customer service buying off ebay or amazon. Hopefully these scam artists aren't around any longer.

Worest customer service. Came for bottle refill and waited for 40 minutes, when I asked someone that why by bottle is taking time to refill, they said its refilled but still in back, they didnt bother to told me that its filled.
Then I asked the counter to return one cap I bought last week. They forgot to return it.
I asked someone Jordon there and he said to me go back in line again.
It has a horrible interaction with Jordon. When I asked him why my bottle was sitting in back and nobody bother to told me. He was like we can't bring bottle to front. I said ok but isn't someone's responsibility to let me know bottle is filled and you can have it. His reply was "it's a store policy".

Good offering of tools and I’m always happy to support these guys versus the generic big brands. Can get everything from wood to metal tools, auto body and safety gear. Their flyers always have stuff on sale and I love that their website lists in store stock levels for each store on each item. Super handy versus checking each store, one by one!

Ever since we bought our first house this has been my go to store. Used to shop at a different one but I really like the feel here. The staff are happy to help you find stuff and the atmosphere is friendly. Definitely my new fave place for discretionary expenditures.
Also, holy hell, the price differences on some things. FIL bought a 6" Milwaukee holesaw at Rona for $100. I check KMS and club price is $33. :|
