If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Been coming here since 2014 and with my current stylist since 2017. I’d not go anywhere else or let anyone else touch my hair! Matt, the salon manager is an absolute delight and all the team (with particular shout out to my Amie) are incredible, welcoming, friendly and professional - I’m not sure what more you could want from a salon! What a wonderful bunch of humans. 10/10

I had never been to Electric before, but had always heard really great things, so when I needed a complete hair 'redo' I decided to book in here.
And what a great decision it was - everyone was so friendly and lovely, and Lara helped me pick an awesome colour and style.
I couldn't be happier with my hair, and it's the best it's looked it years!

Absolutely brilliant hairdressers. I came in for a full head of balayage with Chloe. I cannot recommend her enough, she did such a lovely colour and cut. If you want someone who specialises in blonde or are nervous of hairdressers - definitely book in!

Would recommend Electric to anyone looking to get their hair done. Hannah did a stunning job on my hair, a complete transformation (through a blonde balayage) and I'm absolutely in love with it. I wasn't sure of what I wanted but trusted her fully and it paid off. The staff was all super lovely, welcoming and professional. Good tunes, good vibes and good hair do's.

Always had great experiences getting my hair done. However, they severely lack in customer communications. Many times they have promised to call me however have not and I've had to chase it up 3 or more times. I don't think this is acceptable for such an expensive salon where they should be focusing on customer service. Additionally, they say you can book appointments online however again they never get back to you.

I highly recommend electric hair salon! All the staff are friendly, warm and inviting. They really look after their customers! Sam has been cutting and colouring my hair for a few years now and I can honestly say I wouldn’t go anywhere else; he is fantastic! He is able to literally create what you have in mind and also give you great tips on how to get the best out of your hair. I always show him pictures beforehand and he talks you through everything. Highly experienced and such a friendly person! Thank you to all the team. I love my hair Sam!! See you all again soon.

I visited Electric hair last week on the strength of a friends recommendation. I’m so glad I did. Courtney cut my hair and did a fabulous job, I’ve been fending off compliments on my new do ever since. All the staff there are lovely and I still managed to feel thoroughly pampered even with all the precautions. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend. Just don’t make Courtney too busy that she can’t see me anymore! ????

I cannot recommend Electric Hairdressing more - Lesley cut my hair and she was the warmest personality and really made me feel at ease. I have had HORRENDOUS haircuts in the past and was very anxious about getting my hair cut - she understood this and performed an exceptional service, and taught me (in depth) how I need to be styling my hair and answered all of my questions. I really adore my hair now and feel so confident and I can only thank Lesley for her professionalism. I also want to mention that Anya was really lovely and friendly when she was washing my hair, and gave me an amazing head massage !

Absolutely love this place. I've had my haircut now there at least 3 times and with Lesley each time. The girl is an absolute babe... she does exactly what I ask for, gives suggestions and is just so lovely to talk to. The attention from all the other staff has also been great. I've had my haircut since lockdown restrictions have lifted and there were no worries. Everything is absolutely clean and in order. I will still come back for my haircuts with Lesley!

Post lockdown III appointment was made easily and efficiently by the team who contacted me to book in. I went for a new look ‘embracing the grey’ and although nervous, expert Lesley and the team ensured I was happy with the plan, they discussed what the best process would be and I felt completely reassured. I am so happy with the result and it was great being back there - seeing the salon busy again, enjoying the music and chit chat. Excellent C19 safety. Highly recommend a visit if you need a new do!

This is the best saloon ever. Don't look for an other one if you're ready to put a fair price for a professional treatment. Sam is as cute as talented, this is the first time that I leave the saloon with an 100% satisfaction, trust me. Highly recommended, I won't move out from this city just to get a head massage from Sam :D (joke appart, 10/10)!

Regardless of me moving away from Brighton I keep coming back to Sam for the last 6 years.
He is extremely talented hairdresser and it is really hard to find anyone as good as him. He is not only great colourist but also know how to cut the hair in a way that works with your natural hair structure and growth. All Electric team is amazing, kind and super helpful.

Although a Brighton resident, I’d been going into well-known London salons to have my hair cut and coloured, but recently decided to give Electric Brighton a try. So glad I did. Sam gave me one of the best colour and cuts I’ve had - really cutting edge (forgive the pun) and professional. Thrilled with my new hair, really beautiful natural bright blonde colour and swingy stylish cut.

My first time at Electric Hairdressing this week for colour and cut with Aimee, who was lovely. I felt listened to and she made me feel confident that she knew what I wanted. The result was exactly what I'd hoped for - healthy looking, natural hair colour and cut to help me achieve my goal of growing it longer ( lockdown change of hair goals).
The salon itself was calm and spacious - no feeling of being on top of one another - and the music was relaxing.

Thank you to Aimee, after 4 months without any TLC for my hair, she has worked wonders today and I am so happy with the beautiful colour. I’ve been coming to Electric ever since I moved over from Belfast 6 years ago. I recommend them 100%. I keep going back because they have been so good and friendly, the advice and professionalism is excellent. This review is long overdue - I have been coming to Electric for years and have never looked back. It is clear from the professionalism of every member of staff that the salon is extremely well managed; the staff especially Matt are so professional and welcoming and ensure that you have a good experience every time you visit. I can't speak highly enough of my hairdresser Leslie who is so talented that she can always listen to me and produce exactly what I wanted. I was lucky enough to go in recently and as per usual the team has prioritised professionalism, cleanliness, and the client experience - they've put lots of measures into place to ensure the safety of their staff and clients. The staff are so lovely and the service was great yesterday at Electric Hair Salon. The gorgeous Hannah cut my hair exactly how I wanted and brought in that post-lockdown shine that was very needed. The salon was spotless and very hygienic with staff cleaning down the chairs, mirrors and all equipment after every use. Looking forward to my next appointment already!

I've been coming here for years and even having moved to Liverpool and London since I still only get my hair done here. I cannot recommend it enough.
Just had my hair done following opening after covid and was so impressed by the precautions they had taken. It didn't take away from the experience you get there, but you also felt safe in the knowledge that cleanliness was of the highest priority.

This place is absolutely magic!!!!! I’m not talking just about the cool appearance of the place itself or the competitive price, but literally about Everything!! I’ve never met hairdressers so highly professional and nice and always ready to help, in all my life.. and I’ve been in a few salons before!
When I got there the condition of my head was disgusting, I had a pretty bad mix of different colours in my medium-long hair and I was tired to go around Brighton looking for someone who could fix that terrible cocktail of colours since all I was getting was just a little step forward every time, but it was never enough for me; I couldn’t be proud of my hair again!
Then I had a look to Electric Hairdressing’s website and I decided to give it a try. From the first moment I was amazed from their way to treat a costumer, the service offered is formidable; my stylist, Hannah, was simply great, she asked me (and I could hear other stylists doing the same with other costumers) exactly what I wanted and for the first time in a very long time I felt she actually understood what the problem was and what I needed to change. She did an excellent job, using good quality products I believe, because in other places I could feel like something burning in my head, while waiting for the tint to colour my hair, but that day everything was fantastic, and in the end they made a scalp massage (included in the price) I couldn’t ask for more, it was a dream!
They also have a record with the colours used for each costumer, so we will know exactly how to repeat the same colour or even if we want to modify something it’ll be easy to see from where we could start!
I must say I’ve been spending a fortune all this time with no results, but when I walked away from this salon, I had the feeling I finally had MY HAIR BACK! I definitely recommend this place, I personally found my own salon……. finally!

So happy with my visit to Electric Brighton today - a brilliant colour and cut (as always) from the talented Georgia! Thank you so much Electric Brighton for ensuring a friendly welcome as always; a really safe feel to the salon with all staff using PPE and customers wearing face masks, plus lots of handgel provided for everyone and safe distances sorted. None of this affected the usual attention to detail and personal, top-quality service. I’m really impressed with the smooth and flawless transition into a slightly different way of working and the reassuringly professional, relaxing atmosphere you have maintained.

My most recent appointment was the first day hairdressers re-opened after covid and I was soo impressed. They had put in place loads of measures to make it as safe as possible - it was obviously a massive change for them but you couldn't tell! Georgia cut my hair and as always she did an amazing job and was so friendly. I would 100% recommend.

Had a really wonderful hair cut and colour done from Courteney today! She was really lovely and did a great job with my hair, I love it so much! I will definitely be back again in a few months. I had a two tone colour, with blonde balayage and it came out great! I would definitely recommend her as a stylist.
They have all done a great job ensuring that the salon is safe- customers wear masks and the stylists wear face guards.

I felt anxious about going in and getting my haircut post lockdown. Electric went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable. From patiently explaining their COVID procedure over the phone before my appointment to following it to the letter when I spent 3 hours there. Lara transformed my hair from an overgrown messy ombré back to a natural looking brunette (that perfectly matched my roots!) I can not recommend this hairdressers enough!!
