Fab service from start to finish!
We had thermo valves on all radiators, a system treatment and an area of piped underfloor heating plumbed in. Steve took the time to make sure we understood what would be done and how it would then work with the old system.
On the day we were booked in, the guys arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and definitely knew their stuff.
The jobs were done well within the timescale promised. the guys were very tidy and left no mess or water leakage. The system works brilliantly and the new underfloor heating is lovely and warm.
Many thanks for the professional service, based on the work we had done, I would recommend these guys for your heating needs.

Nice friendly, plumbing and heating engineers. They know what they are doing but with that goes a price tag. That said they saved me money by fixing my combi boiler when other plumbers were recommending that I replace it :)

I’ve bought two boilers (different properties), a couple of replacement radiators and years of annual services from ETTA, they’ve never let me down, saved me a small fortune and given me superior service compared to my previous “big name” supplier. To their credit, they have even queried my requests on a couple of occasions and suggested a better lower cost option.

Zero stars really! Never answered the phone after my first call, plumbed my dishwasher into the hot water so it wouldn't work, but ended up having to pay another firm to correct their work as they didn't answer the phone or respond to messages left to ring me back for over three weeks. Avoid!

Etta were brilliant. Steve thought of routing for new pipework that none of the other companies thought of that meant minimal disruption to walls and ceilings. The work was first class and they came and rebalanced the system when necessary for no extra charge. They also went above and beyond where servicing was concerned. The only snag is that Steve demands gourmet coffee, but we can live with that in return for a great service. Thanks again.

Etta did a great job again. Steve the boss came out to price up some domestic plumbing work, additional outside taps, fit a few new radiators, pressurize the heating system move a gas pipe, fix a few leaking radiator joints, remove a gas heater. Lots of small bits. Steve gave me his price, which was perfectly acceptable. Then he gave me a date for the work to be done whilst he was still with us. His team came (2 plumbers and an apprentice). The tradesmen were professional, cleaned up behind them. I cannot fault there work, it is well though out, and Steve makes sure the best & neatest job is done. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Etta and team.
