Amature at best.
Used for recent underfloor heating job and took advantage of their design service. Long story short is, design done which included 1 extra zone that wasn't needed and also a full roll of pipe. It is when I came to try and return the unused rolls of pipe that the communications stopped. Why the customer should have to outlay for materials that aren't needed is beyond me.
They just appear to be an unorganised middle man dealing with a supplier of the stuff they sell with not much technical knowledge. Much better places for your UFH supplies.
