We've been working with these guys since 2010. I'm just getting around to leaving a review. They have great customer service, and I find the people to be very friendly and patient and friendly without being condescending. As a female I run into that alot. The guys in the shop as well as the parts guy is friendly. The sales guy is also friendly, the lady though has her good days and bad days. Most of the time she is professional. They also try to work with us to get us what we need at a decent price, and tell us all of the options available. Highly recommend for kubota parts and repairs.

Great place to spend your hard earned money. Pat, Mike, and Walt did me good. Got my tractor in a reasonable amount of time. Especially since we are dealing with the B.S. scam named covid-19. It did take some time but they kept me updated. Great people. Thanks Pat, Mike and Walt.

The worst service ever. They take forever to respond to you or they straight up just don"t respond. Been waiting a month for a quote for a new loader assy. I went in to talk to them about the quote and without looking the man behind the counter said "sales has been really busy." that was after three weeks of dealing with them. Go call Sacramento For Tractor instead.

Very poor customer service and follow through. The only reason this place is still in business is the lack of competition. Took 6 months to receive an order that was promised to arrive in 3 weeks. The old lady working in the office is absolutely the worst. Keep her in the back away from customers. She single handily convinced me to take my $30,000 elsewhere.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! RUDE!! 1.0 star rating because it won't let me give 0! Terrible Customer Service. The lady who answered the phone and was very rude! We were looking to make a $20,000+ purchase from this store! We decided to go ahead and go take a look even though she was so rude. When we arrived she was even more rude and seemed annoyed at our presence. When we would ask questions she would respond In a very snappy tone. She then proceeded to say that we were rude on the phone!! (We were not) This was the worst experience I've ever had at any business! Do not Shop here!!!! Sad, cause we like to keep it local. The office woman here needs to take a customer service class!

I have never seen a person as rude as the old man running the parts department! Extremely arrogant with a small man syndrome... many people have warned me of this guy, but I still tried to be nice even tho from the first moment of talking to the old guy he came off as one of the most terrible people I have meet in my life time so far! Stay away, and use any other kubota dealership!!! Honestly...

Dropped off our RTV off for service on the designated day they requested. They were extremely rude on the phone and even worse when we dropped it off. The man in the parts department is by far the most obnoxious man that has walked the earth. 3 weeks later they never called, never touched the RTV so we picked it up to take it somewhere else and after a grunt and a nod we found it in their parking lot and took it home. NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP, they are miserable, unhelpful and appalling customer service.

The old man in the parts department was really mean to me for no reason. They are also over price compared to other dealerships. WARNING not helpful at all. Stay away!!!

Picked up the GR2120 today. A very good experience purchasing from this dealership, good price and everyone was very helpful. Will recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a KUBOTA.

I went in looking for a Kabota for my 8 acre property I just purchased. We waited about 10 minutes before we got someone to show me the tractors. I am very new when it comes to this kind of equipment. I was able to test drive two different models and some of the options were explained slightly. When I started asking about price with different upgrades but the mechanic that was showing me the tractors couldn't really answer much. I wish it would have been a bit more personal and in depth. I was ready to buy a tractor that day as I still need one but I didnt feel comfortable with the limited information I was given. Maybe in the future I will go again now that I have done some more research on my own.

I recently purchased an L2501 from this dealership and had a great experience throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Walter and Mike for all their knowledge and help through the process. I would recommend this shop to my friends.

Gold Country gave me a great deal on a Kubota SVL75-2 tracked skid steer and several implements. I was on a tight deadline with a high profile job lined up for the 49ers and they were able to get my credit approved, and have the exact machine and implements rushed over to meet the deadline. Everyone at Gold Country tractors was a pleasure to deal with, and I look forward to purchasing more equipment from them in the future.

So unbelievably helpful. I've been to Gold Country Tractors several times and they're always teriffic. The guy manning the parts counter knows his stuff and is great with customers. the family that runs the place- the owmer and her two sons- are excellent with working with new customers and helping people decide which tractor would work best for them. And I can't say enough of the shop crew. One half of the shop customizes new tractors for the customers needs, and the maintenance half is truly amazing. The maintenance side of the shop is staffed by three guys, led by the head mechanic Chris. Between the three of them they keep the constant influx of broken-down tractors rotating through as fast as possible, turning out multiple tractors each day. The quality of work at Gold country tractors is unlike anything I've ever seen at any other shop, with such methodical attention to detail in the services and repair work that puts all the other shops to shame. Chris is patient and answers any questions that you as a customer might have and will give you regular updates on your equipment as needed. The whole shop runs like a well-oiled machine. They fix it right and try to get it back to the customer as soon as possible. The two-week turnaround and waiting in line with over a dozen other tractor owners is well worth the wait for the exceptional work put into the machines at Gold Country Tractors. 10/5 stars! I'd go to Gold Country Tractors every day for my tractorin' troubles if I had to.

The employees go above and beyond to explain and draw out diagrams of how to do my own tractor repairs. They even rigged up something to help get my tractor working until correct parts came in. But being a small town it seems that some parts arent on hand and have to be ordered and are pricey when a 30 or 40 minute drive to another store would consistently have the parts. A convenient small town have a little of everything "yard work" much needed and loved store.
