Great selection of tools and equipment at prices to suit all budgets. I needed a few tools for a big dirty job so I wasn't looking for expensive, life-long tools. I found inexpensive but tough looking tools that had good reviews so took a chance. I am very pleased. They are brilliant, especially the shovel, for the price I paid.
Everything arrived quickly and well packaged so I will definitely be buying from Zoro again and I highly recommend.

Where shall I start with these thieves! I placed multiple orders totalling to nearly 100K in a month. Was told when I placed the first that I should have it in 9-12 working days when nothing arrived I rang them on the day of delivery only for them to tell me that they have no stock. Still have them a chance & placed multiple orders for different brands but never received nothing. Finally a few days ago they cancelled all my orders saying there is nothing in stock. But today when I go on to there website the same products is available for next day delivery but at a much inflated price. Now what a coincidence is that? I was charged £4.29 for a product they took payment off me showed the supplier they have the cash flow to buy the product. When they got the product they decided to cancel my order & sell them same item for £10.99. They are making profits from my money. I have taken all the evidence from their website including screenshots, order numbers, email etc & I will be submitting a full report to TRADING STANDARDS & ADVERTISING STANDARDS shortly let them deal with these crooks. I am not the only person who’s been a victim to fraud there are over a 100 people. Check out there reviews on trustpilot all 1 star. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THEM PEOPLE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!

Was some was doing some serious garden work when very old garden fork snap ped. Found a suitable replacement on Zorro an inexpensive fork ,and ordered this without any other items added. This was not a problem to Zoro and received replacement fork very quickly. Was delighted with the package received and will certainly order again from zoro hopefully a few more items next time.

Absolutely brilliant, the Senator No5 plane needed a bit of fettling but that just took a couple hours.
Then it is as good as a more expensive plane, will do the job admirably. I also bought a quantity of wood screws which worked out a darn site cheeper than anywhere local.
That's enough of what I bought now we will get down to the service. Nothing short of astounding where else would you get next day delivery FREE and only spend £25.
In short the service that I have had is nothing short of brilliant.
