Today was the first time I have been to D & M tools.
I was so impressed with the service, friendliness & the vast selection of products. A busy store with good social distancing & don’t forget to use the hand sanitiser as you go in, as a voice reminds you as you walk past. Highly recommend if you are after any tools.

Ordered a new Record table saw.
Amazing service from start to finish. I had to pre order the machine due to high demand and had done with another firm who took to ramp up the price till Record recommended D&M Tools, not only was they cheaper even got delivered at no extra cost. Really please thanks D&M ????

EXCELLENT Costumer service and hassle free shopping and Delivery! Ordered Friday 3pm received Saturday 11am! Fast and furious.I can't recommend enough. if you doesn't want you costumers keep waiting use them and you will be not disappointed! I recommend recommend recommend!

I have to say I'm over the moon with the service these guys provided. After shopping around I found the item I wanted was sold here at the cheapest price I could find and most importantly it was in stock unlike most other places. It turned up super quick as promised. I was kept up to date with all the delivery stages. And the team helped me out with a small problem I had with 0 hastle. I would recommend D & m tools to anyone. I will 100% be using again. A store like no other and am I glad I live sort of close to it! The range of tools for a range of trades and jobs. The staff are helpful. I have purchased many items from here and keep going back. They stock reputable brands and I can only say that just a visit (which unfortunately you can't do now) is worth it. Love this place and recommend very very highly.

I bought an attix 33-2m which when received was faulty. Phoned up D&M straight away and received a replacement delivery the next day. No quibble, no problems just impeccable

Very helpful and knowledgable. I went into store with my tool which needed a part and they helped me find the correct attachment even letting me open the packet and try it first. They are open for on the spot orders as well as click and collect and have a very efficient system with everything that is going on with COVID-19. Very impressed and glad to see them open and up and running again. The best tool shop in West London.

Bought some safety boots and after eight days of light use over two months a seam split so I took them back hoping for a hassle free exchange or refund. Instead I was told they had to send them (or a photo) to the manufacturer for inspection before they would offer a refund. Most retailers seem to accept that they should make an effort to show a positive attitude towards customers who are disappointed with their purchase. After all you might spend more money with them in the future. This does not appear to be the case with D & M Tools.

Today, it is rare to find a company that cares about their customers, so when a company goes above and beyond, I like to shout about it. I contacted D&M to ask if they would disguise a rather large item, so I could send it directly to the recipient without knowing what Father Christmas was bringing them. Not only was the response rapid and positive, they came through, completely concealing the item in brown paper. It may not sound much, but consider how busy they must be and that another company wouldn't do it. Shame I don't live near their shop in Twickenham anymore. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Came in earlier this week needing help with browsing a few tools. Unfortunately my knowledge in this field is quite limited therefore I had to ask the sales staff for assistance. The gentleman that helped me had big hoops in his ears and was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. Regardless of how simple my question, he provided me with a thorough explanation. Unfortunately I will be traveling soon and won't be able to buy the tools for a couple of weeks/months. Though I will be sure to return due to this incredible customer service. Fantastic work guys.
