Great experience and very good quality furniture. Used them twice for 2 bedrooms and it's all great. Naveen made design visits not once, but over 2 times to ensure all the requirements are factored in. Also, he is great at giving inputs and suggestions, few things that an end user may not understand or think of. He always tries to find workarounds, if things seem difficult. The fitting men are also good at their work. Won't hesitate to recommend at all !

After having several companies come and quote me for my bedroom furniture all out of budget and extremely high quotes- Ideas Came round & designed me a lovely bedroom so that I had so much storage (more wardrobes and dressing table for less cost than the other expensive quotes!!) Looks fantastic and great quality. Workmen weRe very professional and tidy. I will defiantly be recommending this company in the future, I cannot fault!

Got fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom and they are beautiful !! The design and quote was customised to our liking and nothing was too much trouble even though we took a while to decide colours and designs. The wardrobes were fitted efficiently and overall the service was exemplary. Thank you so much for your service . The quality of the materials used is brilliant.

Beautiful wardrobe and TV chest unit.
Naveen was very friendly and approachable from the outset.
We dealt with Chaman at the showroom and he was also very helpful during the ordering process.
They both handled everything in a calm and professional manner.
The new fittings have completely changed the look and character of my bedroom for the better.

Naveen and his team are true professionals with be-spoke kitchens and wardrobes. The team designed and fitted my parents kitchen and I was so impressed that I asked them to design and fit my wardrobes.

We deployed them to build made to measure wardrobes into 2 of our bedrooms.
We received a quick design appointment, they spoke at length about design, functionality, styles and other customizations. We received a working drawing as well as the cost in the same appointment.
We went our couple of iterations of the design and finalized them for the project. The communication was fast, customer centric.
We received the project commencement date earlier than the usual 3 week lead time. They finished the work in 3 days. The carpenters were friendly, kept the place tidy and were open to suggestions and minor changes. Thank you J and K.
The wardrobes have come out top quality, everyone has liked them!! , Minor glitches were fixed quickly, and we are happy with the whole experience.

Ideas fitted our kitchen and wardrobes for us. The customer service from Naveen was excellent. He was very professional throughout the process and also after the work finished, called us to see if we were happy with the finished product and happily made some minor adjustments.
Product wise, no complaints at all. The kitchen units and bedroom wardrobes have all been made to the highest specifications.

Well where to begin.. firstly exceptional communication which gives great confidence and belief . Fantastic product of very high quality. Top class installers were an absolute pleasure to meet . No request was turned down and everything was accommodated for.
The overall finished effect is amazing and was as per design illustration.
I can't recall the last time we were completely happy with a contractor and there was no snagging!
Would highly recommend this company above the major known companies - their customer service and aftercare were hands down of the highest quality
