Rented twice from them and they were excellent landlords. Small maintenance problems were dealt with immediately and professionally....and these are the only times in my life I've ever got the flat deposit back! Honest, reliable, well maintained properties

Really fast response to your issue and I appreciate this. I wasn’t expecting this at all as I’ve had many problems with my previous agencies. Khalil Properties will not treat you like any other agency does, they are more into solving your problem rather than keep you waiting for ages. I am pretty sure that if I change my flat, I will rent the new one with them as well.

Highly recommend. The whole letting process was very smooth and straightforward. I was actually shown a video of my flat i rented whilst viewing a different flat and i was able to view my flat and take it before it went on the market. This was extemely helpful as i had been missing out on places due to the high Brighton demand. One of your employees even recommended the area to live, which i had never even considered and communicated with the past tenant to ask if she was selling any of her furniture. This was all extremely helpful and above and beyond my letting agent experience. One improvement would be for them to check over the flat more before letting out as there were alot of maintenance issues when I moved in. However these issues were looked at promptly and compensation from landlord gratefully received.

I had a very nice experience with Khalil Properties and do recommend it especially for students because they are kindly flexible with two critical things: the guarantor and deposit. I used to live in Flat B at 279 Eastern Road, Brighton. When I left the flat after a year and a half, they were fast in paying back my deposit completely. The staff are truly professional and quick in response to any problem even on Saturdays and Sundays. They always hire skilled maintenance people who are decent and clever. If I come back to Brighton, definitely I will go to Khalil Properties. Thank you very much, Khalil Properties.

We had a positive experience with KP. I read the some people didn't have their deposit back but we didn't have this problem. Once we left the flat, we had our deposit back in less than a month, which is usually what it takes.

Rent properties that are uninhabitable to international students who are new to UK renting, neglect the property. Tries to keep your deposit when you want to leave. Students avoid them.
