Project Shop rebuilt my Triumph TR6 chassis and body, which was an extensive job as it was a wreck. Several other workshops had looked at it and declined to take it on, but Simeon and his crew took a different viewpoint. I now have a car body and chassis, that although are 49-years old, the whole thing looks brand new. The attention to detail, and the efficiency with which the work was carried out, was outstanding. Highly recommended!

They did it so well and with such professionalism that I have been back with more work and now they can have my classic Mini as well. I took my brand new replica vintage car in to the Classis Project Shop for a tune of its carburetors as it wasn't running as well as it should. I was aware of some other niggling problems but took very little heed of them. A very detailed examination of the car was clearly carried out and there were a number of issues discovered. Some I was aware of and others I wasn't. What I got back was a car that was no longer 85% right - it was 100%. This gave me a huge amount of confidence in the reliability and safety of the car going forward. This company is extremely professional, with experienced and courteous staff and represents excellent value. I would certainly very highly recommend them.

Owning a classic car is a combination of excitement, joy, pride and, mostly, frustration. The team at CPS share the first three and help to take the sting out of the fourth. Simeon is always available with good advice, sympathy and a willingness to go the extra mile to keep a car at it's best. His team look after the vehicle as of it is there own, and no detail is too minor. A professional and detail orientated team, with extensive knowledge and experience, and a pleasure with which to deal.

I can’t recommend Project Shop highly enough and have used them multiple times in the past 4 years. Highly experienced classic car mechanics/engineers with a can do approach and encyclopaedic knowledge of how to repair/fix any problem – this is so critically important, is virtually impossible to find these days and saves time and most importantly money. Very reasonable hourly rates when you consider what you are getting and they seem to actually care about the car a great deal. All aspects of a project are discussed in detail before any actual work/repairs are commenced and the customer is kept regularly informed, the communication really is excellent. You are invited to visit and inspect the vehicle for yourself if an when an issue crops up and are made to feel most welcome not to mention the invaluable advice given on how to best maintain your vehicle moving forward. Without doubt one of the best classic car specialists in the country.

A real delight to find people who love their cars. They have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the past and present issues surrounding the motor vehicle. A welcome change from the motor dealerships that don't care much about "old" only value "new" and think that they part of a car service industry whilst their only concerns are profits and sales targets. From my own experience, Simeon and his team are a pleasure to deal with, since I was introduced to the Classic Project Shop my "Aston" has never run so well

Simeon and his team did a formidable job in refurbishing the interior of my XJS. I was only expecting them to recolour the seats, but they went much further and repaired / reconstructed the cushions and left the interior looking like new. All of this for the original agreed, very reasonable, price. Great job. Would recommend them to anyone needing work on their classic vehicle.

Good to find a company that mixes expertise with a smile and goes the extra mile, literally, by collecting my car and returning it on a trailer from its annual fettle, saving me from public transport in these difficult days. Embarking on my first classic car restoration I have to admit I didn't know where to start. I wanted to remain 'hands-on' while knowing deep down I needed guidance and some experience to keep the project moving in the right direction. That's where the Classic Project Shop come in. From helping me to assess the car I had purchased and finding the right bodyshop to sort it, through to assisting in pulling together a parts list that I could largely source myself, I have felt an integral part of the Classic Project Shop team while my classic is brought back to life. More importantly for me, I have also remained in control of my dream project without ever feeling exposed in terms of my mechanical knowledge or at risk financially - and this is 100% down to the service Simeon and his team provide. I have been really impressed by the timely, modern methods of communication (such as whatsapp progress picture updates), transparent pricing and value and the speed and quality of their work. It truly is a refreshing approach and I see it as a hugely positive and disruptive influence in the classic car world that others could learn a great deal from. Overall, Simeon and his knowledgeable, multi-skilled and enthusiastic team have made what could have been a daunting process fun, simple and financially viable - because they focus on what matters and bring you along on the journey! Couldn't ask for a better business to partner with on my first (and definitely not my last) restoration. Without them my project could have ended up like the many unfinished restorations before it. Simeon and the team have looked after various cars of mine for years now, generally older daily drivers. Great service, problems always sorted, they can be relied upon to do what’s needed without fuss. I’m always keen to see what’s in the workshop when I visit!

I first dealt with Simeon Cattle when I bought an Aston Martin DBSV8 ten years ago, and have used Classic Project Shop for the servicing and restoration of at least twelve cars during the last four years. Irrespective of the challenges my cars might bring (pre-war Riley brakes, sixties' Maserati fuel injection, AC suspension, or Jaguar chassis work) Simeon always produces an excellent result, quickly, and at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

I took my LHD, tatty Austin Healey 3000 in for a full check up after purchasing it from a local auction in May 2016. I am extremely happy with the professional care and attention the car and I receive, from collecting the car and dropping it off to the photographic updates at every stage of the different tasks they undertake. Since then the car has had a number of issues resolved and improved as well as its annual services. I am now the proud owner of a slightly less tatty, mechanically excellent and very useable RHD fabulous classic and it’s all thanks to Simeon and the crew at Classic Project Shop. So much so that although the car now lives in Devon it never goes anywhere else for servicing and repairs.

I have challenged Project Shop with a variety of projects from a 1930s Sunbeam to a 1960s Lancia Flavia Zagato to my daily-driven Range Rover Classic. Problems are relentlessly tracked down, and inventively resolved even if original parts are not longer available and they have to be patiently repaired or inventively replaced. The guys make car repair almost fun! And not too hard on the wallet either!

Just had the most amazing day with Puff. Those superstar chaps, Sim, Dave, JJ, and all the mechanics and technicians at Project Shop really listened to my issues following the 3 Legs of Man and the London-Lisbon Classic and have worked their magic. Puff is now officially a rally car! Cannot thank them all enough, and they understood what I was trying to achieve with her, and what is more, have waved their magic wands. Onwards and upwards....to the Festival and beyond! Thank you so much from that grateful 'crazy lady'. I love you all.....and Puff does too.

Simeon and Billy (especially) have done a great job on hunting down a really tough electrical fault on my R129 500 SL Merc. Went the whole 11 yards and did not give up till they sorted it . Thanks lads! Would recommend these guys to anyone who wants old school customer service.
