Working with Malcolm and Tom on it was a real pleasure - they struck a great balance of creativity and practicality, came with lots of ideas, and also made sure it ticked off everything on our wish list. What a kitchen! We have been living with our West and Reid kitchen for a few months now and can safely say it’s going stand the test of time, the level of detail is incredible and the craftsmanship is really off the charts.
West and Reid took the time to understand what we wanted from our kitchen and delivered something truly custom.
I don’t usually find the time to review things BUT we can’t rate it enough. Well for guys ????????????

Kitchen looks fantastic and I'm very happy with the quality and the outcome. Malcolm and Tom's customer service throughout the process was meticulous, constantly making sure things were right and that you were getting what you wanted, and also making useful suggestions along the way. Probably the best I’ve experienced so they come with the highest recommendation from me.

Initially I drew up a shortlist of kitchen companies who I then visited only to be disappointed. Searching online locally I came across West & Reid. I liked the idea of working with a small local company who would help me work through various design options and, at my invitation, challenge my ideas and preconceptions.
I’m delighted with the results. Without Malcolm’s ideas, suggestions and attention to detail the kitchen would not work nearly as well as it does. As for the build quality it’s only as I’ve spent time in the kitchen do I realise how much attention to detail has gone into for example matching the veneer, providing additional storage space, lining up the cupboards so that not only is it a very functional kitchen it is also beautiful!

Tom and Malcolm are master craftsmen. They have an excellent eye for good design and an invaluable understanding of what will work in a kitchen on a practical level. They came up with great suggestions/solutions for our kitchen design, and made us an absolutely beautiful kitchen. The conditions on our site were not always easy but they dealt with all challenges patiently and without complaint. We are so delighted we hired them and recommend them unreservedly.

We asked Malcolm and Tom from West and Reid to design and build our kitchen units. They didn't just provide a standard design - they worked with us to come up with multiple different designs so we felt like we had covered all the possibilities before we made our final decision. Their work is beautiful - the units appear seamless and we've had so many wonderful comments about them. We liked their initial work so much that we asked them to do even more for us! Everything is truly bespoke and works for our house and the finish is brilliant.

Tom and Malcom were very professional. They were extremely helpful in helping me design the kitchen and had a lot of good ideas which I took on board. Communication was excellent and so is their craftmanship, I highly recommend them to anyone whom wants a bespoke kitchen. I simply love my kitchen. I was so impressed with them that I asked them to design a fit in wardrobe in my bedroom, the wardrobe looks stylish and elegant.
