When we purchased our home, one of the selling points was the recently remodeled kitchen with Dura Supreme Cabinets. WOW Right. Much to our dismay shortly after moving in the cabinet doors, and drawer faces started to peel. At this point there is not a door or drawer face that is not peeling. When we contacted the local reseller who in turn contacted their rep we were told, sorry but the life time warranty does not transfer if the home is sold. So we thought we were investing with a home with a quality brand, only to find out that he brand doesn't mean squat if you aren't the original owner.

I have been a cabinet dealer for 18+ years - having worked with MANY manufacturers through the years. I am coming up on 4 years with Dura Supreme Cabinetry and I completely appreciate their product catalog, ease of customization and their dedicated lead times.
Are any manufacturers perfect? NO! None of them are... when things don't go according to plan is where you see the true grit of a company. We had a decent sized mishap on a project this last Summer - Dura Supreme stepped up to the plate, handled the issues with grace and got everything turned around.
We love Dura Supreme!

I just completed the installation of my 2nd kitchen using Dura Supreme Cabinetry. My previous kitchen was 12 years old and held up great with 3 boys and a big Lab. During a whole house remodel we decided to go from country to a more modern style. So we chose Dura Supreme, once again for kitchen #2. We went with a clean looking door called Dempsey in painted white. Wow the kitchen looks great. I don't plan on another kitchen while living in this house, but if I move I would seek out a Dura Supreme dealer in my new area.

We are a cabinet dealer in New England and we have been selling Dura Supreme for many years. We also sell cabinets from 7 other brands so we are able to compare Dura to different lines. Dura Supreme Cabinetry has an excellent product catalog, a complete line of construction options (framed, frameless, and inset) and a track record of consistently delivering their high quality cabinets within their estimated lead time.
All that said, our absolute favorite thing about Dura is their customer service. When our designers have a question about custom modifications while design a kitchen or if we need to need to replace a damaged door, the team at Dura always replies with alacrity and a willingness to help.
We love working with and selling Dura Supreme!

I couldn't be more pleased with what Dura Supreme delivered on a gut renovation of a 90 year old space. There was not one surface that was square and now that the project is complete, I can't find any gaps or misaligned seams. There's a place for everything and everything is in its place.

Dura Supreme Cabinetry is a very professional company that makes their customers a priority! I have been fortunate enough to be a dealer for over 12 years now and I have never had a dissatisfied customer. I have many contractors who have installed several different cabinet lines and will now only use Dura on their jobs and have purchased Dura Supreme for their own homes. They have great customer service and their warranty is one of the best I have seen in this industry. I would recommend them to anyone needing their products!

As a professional builder I have used a as one of my cabinet options for many years. The quality has been on a steady downward trajectory for the past few years. We have had issues with lead times, vendor training and support(sales), and product quality issues from box construction, extremely poor sanding practices, finish issues including completely sanded thru edges and top coat catalyst issues. If there is any chance of this company making a turn around, a good place to start would be by finding a regional rep(metro) that understands professional end users.

I have been working with Plain and Posh for over 10 years. I have had Plain and Posh work with my customers helping them design their kitchens and Stephanie has always specified Dura Supreme cabinets. I want to use products that not only look great after they are installed but also hold up over time. I have never been called back to a client because of the cabinets not holding up. Dura Supreme has a great cabinet line at a reasonable price point. If there are questions/issues during the install, Dura Supreme is there to assist Stephanie in obtaining the answer to our questions in a timely manner. When I remodeled my kitchen, I used Dura Supreme cabinets.

Extremely disappointed in my cabinets. We spent a fortune with Dura Supreme Cabinets in our kitchen, utility and master bath and closet. Our dealer and the company have not been helpful whatsoever in addressing the problems wth our cabinets and trust me there are too many to mention!! We have reached out to both the dealer and Dura Supreme and have received 0 responses from either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It has been a nightmare!!!!

I had DuraSupreme cabinets installed in my business 5 years ago with no issues and, for the most part, they are holding up well. Delivery in 2013 was on-time and no problems. This year, however, I was very disappointed. The cabinets were 8 weeks late, costing me over $10,000 in rent for a space I couldn't use, plus the wages for too many staff I was anticipating being able to use in that space. When the cabinets did arrive, multiple drawers were broken (and it wasn't a shipping issue--the joints didn't line up right at all), and end caps were incorrect shapes. It took multiple calls to the supplier and sales rep to get things corrected. The supplier said she thought I would get 10% off, but I ended up only getting 5%. The supplier said Dura Supreme never gives discounts, so I should be happy with that. They finally shipped the replacement drawers and still one came broken. I have yet to see that one replaced. All in all, I was very disappointed. My contractor is very leery of recommending these cabinets to future jobs.

I will NEVER recommend this cabinet. I only chose it for the finish. The quality control is an embarrassment. Fingerprints on interior of cabinet doors, drawer corner smashed, wood panels on sides are beginning to split, plastic poking through solid wood panel insert on door, anything spilled tends to stain immediately to name a handful of things. I have only 13 cabinets and with trims and panels, the cabinets were almost $30k. Hefty price for a stock line cabinets where the quality is very sub par. Should have stuck with Mouser brand!

Use caution on the cabinet colors. We selected and ordered a material and color to compliment our color scheme. When the cabinets arrived they were a different color which would not work with our existing woods or the counter tops we had purchased. We contacted customer service, who referred the problem to the region rep. The regional rep asked for photos of the samples verses what we received. He agreed the cabinets did not match the samples but "the factory used the stain requested". Sorry the colors are not what you expected, the samples must not have been ours. I know the color is what you expected but that's what you got. Perhaps you can use the cabinets in a different project.

Cabinets peeled within the first year. Manufacturer said regular wear and tear. They offered my contractor a terrible settlement. It's a shame they don't stand behind their product.

We have had nothing but trouble with this company. Cabinets were sent to us that were clearly broken before shipping three different times. They delayed the completion of our remodel by 3 months. They were not helpful or apologetic. Nor did they offer any compensation for our troubles. I strongly recommend that you do not do business with Dura. They really suck!

I would not recommend these cabinets. There were many imperfections with the cabinets. Ridges and splintering wood as well as discoloration. Lots of time and money to repair brand new cabinets.
