We had two pieces delivered from SM London: a bed (via a designer) and a sofa (direct order). Both items are of great quality and look amazing! For the sofa order, Andra was most helpful throughout the process. Despite the lockdown conditions, the sofa was delivered even ahead of the agreed date! Overall, excellent furniture and a great customer experience - highly recommend!

Sofa & More was one of that rare amazing companies I've dealt with in a long time. I recently ordered 10 pieces of bespoke furniture from them for my new flat. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Sales assistants were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped guide us with our designs and materials with their competent in-house designers, including with home visits. But what was most amazing was their 'can do attitude' where almost nothing was impossible. As a result, they produced a unique collection of furniture to our exact requirement in the highest possible quality and comfort. Price was very reasonable considering the high end quality workmanship. This sort of company stands apart from the usual high street furniture companies where little imagination and flexibility are found. Highly recommended.

Sofa and More CAN NOT MAKE FURNITURE After 10 months of waiting , 4 trips to London -500 miles on the road, 2 attempts for Sofa and More to produce 2 chairs - the end result was: no chairs came out decent enough to accept. Issues with first lot of 2 chairs: - the base did not align with the body of the chairs; - some parts of the chairs were over-padded and some parts did not have any padding at all; - most fabric was stretched over a bare frame; -seats were so hard that it would have been softer to sit on the road; -fabric damaged in the middle of the seat of one of the chairs.... Sofa and More agreed that these chairs could not have been repaired due to such poor quality, and they would make new ones. I was promised that, if given a chance, the NEXT TIME my chairs will be made by their best upholsterer. So...issues with second lot of chairs: -the end of both seats had a double edge; - the piping around the back of the chair didn't follow the curve of the chair correctly; -the fabric on a seat was cut too short - so that it couldn't be fixed to the based properly all the way around, so when I sat down there were holes on both sides showing the padding. I was advised that since none of the chairs met 'my expectations' the boss would rather I moved on. Not a great experience at all. Sofa and Less
