Really welcoming team at reception , covid rules followed which made me feel very comfortable. Radiologist really nice explained everything well , over and done with in no time. I thought the price was really reasonable i have paid more for this x-ray in past.

I was greeted with nothing short of charm, courtesy and joy when I visited CT Dent in Devonshire Place. My X-Ray assistant was efficient and very well mannered and everything went so smoothly I'm sure I was back in the outdoor sunshine in what seemed like less than ten minutes. I look forward to taking all my future dental advice from CT Dent Ltd.

The radiographer was very nice and professional, the scan was done quickly and I didn't need to wait for long. However I had an unpleasant experience at the reception. I had already paid my dentist who referred me for the scan prior to my visit. When I finished the scan I was asked to pay for my scan so I explained I already paid my dentist.
The professional thing to do would be to ring my dentist and apologise to me for the mix up. Instead, the receptionist did not believe me, and he said everyone has to pay CT Dent directly. I then have to show him proof of payment. Then, instead of treating me politely, he ordered me to stay here as he has to clarify this matter with my dentist, and he couldn't let me go until he's sure that I paid for the service. I understand the need for me to stay while this matter was being clarified, however the communication could have been much more professional and polite.

I was disappointed with the radiologist technicians lack of skill, or perhaps training, on adjusting the head/chin position on the panoramic X ray machine. He constantly moved the machine up and down. He also had to take a third X ray exposure due he said to me moving my head. I did not and nor did I appreciate having a third X ray exposure.

Having travelled into London from Thorpe bay, Essex for a 1.40pm appointment and probably over allowing myself time to arrive, I was indeed an hour early on a cold day with no familiar services open in the immediate locality. I tentatively rang the main building reception who admitted me immediately and after apologising for my early arrival the helpful gentleman on the ground floor suggested i speak to CT Dents
receptionist on the 2nd floor who in turn were politely understanding and considerate of my situation and accomodated me to the best and safest manner possible under the current Covid 19 restriction regulations until they were able to complete my appointment procedure, which was ultimately earlier than scheduled. The procedure was explained, instructions thorough and carried out professionally with care.The completion of payment and promise of all relevant data from my CT scan was duly delivered by email within hours of my appontment to the extent that relevant information was sitting in my "inbox" by the time i arrived back home. Excellent service, professionally delivered. Many thanks.

My visit to CT Dent was short, efficient and pleasant. Imezh (spelling?), the radiographer was very competent and courteous. Your own receptionist was also efficient and pleasant. 100% all round.
On the other hand the shared (?) concierge at the main door was very off-hand. Having been told to arrive in good time, I was disappointed to be told to came back at 12 o.clock as the staff were about to go off for lunch At 11.25, I wondered? There was no way he was going to announce my arrival so I had to kill half an hour in the baking heat of Marylebone. As I left he appeared to be playing some game on his phone. i was not impressed by that part of my visit.
