I have been coming to the ashleigh clinic frequently since 2017 after years of exhausting all other avenues of help, NHS, private physios etc for my back injury and being unsuccessful, this is the only place that has had massive success with treating my back! From the first day I came to the clinic I was assessed and diagnosed immediately with a plan of action to treat my back from then onwards, I have been having the IDD therapy for a long time now due to the nature of my injury and can happily say we have really increased the strength and mobility in my back to a maintainable level thanks to the help of Craig & Donna - I will continue to use this treatment and wouldnt hesitate to use this place for other injuries I may sustain! I’d recommend to everyone suffering with any back related injuries to come and try this place out.

Not happy at all.
I came to the clinic unable to put weight on my left leg due to a painful and swollen knee, and a painful and swollen right knee. On the first two appointments I got a lot of attention and explanation from Craig. As we didn't know the exact damage inside my joint he said to me it would be helpful to have an MRI and if I come back with a CD of it he could have a look and tell me more.
Well, I did it. Actually went to France to get it quicker.
From there, I realized how much they care. Craig didn't received me, one of his assistant talked to me as if I was a kid, not listening at all what I was trying to explain, and adivicing me to have a meniscectomy, which I refuse (that was the reason why I came in the first place). No one had a look the MRI results I brought. She just used the cold and compression leg sleeve.
Of course I never came back.
Seems to me that despite Craig's claim that his mission is to cure chronic pains, mine was not interesting enough.

After having over 30 NHS Physiotherapy sessions with no success at all for my horrendous back pain, I was introduced to Craig.
As soon as I met him, without looking at any reports or xrays, he knew exactly what was wrong with me and put me on a treatment plan. He advised me not to expect miracles, however after 12 Physio sessions with him, I am now relieved of the daily ache in my lower back! I cant thank him enough for his honesty, integrity and work to get my back right.
I would definitely recommend Craig for all of your Physio needs, because he sure knows what he's talking about!!!

I don't usually write long reviews, but I think this one deserves it. I have been suffering with headaches, nerve pain down the left side body and neck pains. Had my issues for around 5 years or more....did every check and test possible at private hospital, MRi, X-rays, bloods even brain scan. (Thank God all clear).
I've tried so many different types of treatments to help with the pains, nothing helped me in the long term, I kept feeling the same way. over the years I learnt it was something to do with my nerves but I just didn't know what else to do, no one could give me a clear direction or answer. Doctor's advised me to take pain/steroid injections but mentioned the pros and cons, so I stayed away from it and soldiered on to find a more natural way. 5 years of pain and misery, trust me it affects your daily life...and if your suffering too, you know exactly what im talking about.
Now that I've met Craig, I feel different, I feel better each time, I have more understanding of what's happening, he has given me information about my problem that nobody else has. I wish I had met Craig years earlier. You have to give it time, it's like with anything you need to give it time, follow the advise and you'll feel the improvements. I've had 6 sessions so far and Im starting to feel like normal again....I'm not there yet 100% but I feel I'm on my way there. It feels amazing after this many years to feel normal again and pain free. Thank you very much Craig.
I would recommend to everyone who may require surgery or tried different methods that haven't worked for you, go and see Craig!

Amazing results from back pain after having traction for a few months, I am now able to walk better and in less pain.
From simple things I couldn’t do like picking something up of the floor walking and standing I am now appreciating how far I have come from the treatment I am receiving.

After a rear end collision in my car I found myself experiencing neck and some shoulder pain and discomfort that was really having an effect on my day to day work and family life ,I was recommended to visit the Ashleigh Clinic and I am so glad to have found Craig and his wonderful team. Craig explains the mechanics of the process in language that I can understand and the treatment I have received has genuinely impressed me so much so I can see the light at the end of the tunnel for the first time since my accident, being in pain and discomfort really had started to grind me down and pain killers are not a cure, but now I feel there is a real plan in place that I can believe in to fix me up,I'm feeling really optimistic and positive again. Thank you so much Craig and team I am looking forward to my next appointment already.

Mostly machines, ive had chiropractic adjustments before and felt relief instantly. Obviously lifestyle changes need to be made for permanent relief. But a busy life means people pay for a chiropractor. Here there was just stretching machines and acupuncture. So I wouldn't recommend for hand treatment.

It's very disappointed on the treatment, I'd slips disc on L5, S1 went there 2 times, they put me on back traction unit 20 mins is feel great first than put electric stimulation I guess is interfrencial which is stimulating the muscles and nerves with results in the night I have muscles contraction and very painful and cause me more pain next day and more pain on my buttocks every day as go by. have to be very careful, I have my friends who is physiotherapy he said interfrencial made the condition gone worse, you are using wrong treatment, never again going back.

I took my dad to Ashleigh Clinic because he suffered from a bad back, water retention (edema), for three years there's not been any improvement with Doctors, GPS and Hospitals apart from prescribed drugs. he was running out of options so we discovered Ashleigh Clinic through a family member and I must say we couldn't be more thankful reason being is Craig from Ashleigh Clinic has boosted my father with his intoxicating bullet-proof confidence which inspired my father to take action to improve his health, his thinking and commitment to alter his lifestyle for a healthier perception. The mistreatments, the lack of understanding, hopelessness, depression, isolated from things especially Hospitals and Doctors made him mentally fatigue until he met Craig from Ashleigh Clinic since attending the clinic there's been a transformative change, a confident outlook on life and a sense of optimism in the midst of evolution. The staff, the people everyone within the Ashleigh Clinic are wonderful. Craig has helped my father regain confidence, giving him a sense of purpose and an opportunity for growth and self development. To anyone with back pain, this is the place to go. I suffered with serious, sport-induced back issues for 10 years, but a handful of visits to the clinic have made an astonishing difference. In my 20 years in professional rugby union, I have not seen the machinery used at the clinic in any pro sports club I have been to.
The staff are warm and welcoming, and the main physios, Craig and Lauren, absolutely know their stuff. Everything is explained beforehand, so you know what is in store. What they say about treatment of injuries is completely clear, and seems like common sense. It's no mean feat to make sports injuries, and their treatment, easy to understand.
I can honestly say that the treatment I have received at the Ashleigh Clinic has made a massive difference for me, day-to-day.

Went here for treatment after I had an operation on my wrist. All the staff were superb and really friendly, and the treatment they provided was far beyond what's available on the NHS (after 3 months of waiting for an appointment). After a few sessions my wrist pain was almost completely cured. Highly recommended.

I was diagnosed with two prolapse disc's and one bulging disc's.The time between date of accident and being diagnosed through gp and hospital was 7 month's. And throughout all this time no treatment.So when I was told it will take a further 9 week's,I decided to go private. I was so lucky to come across Ashleigh clinic,Craig has been treating me for three weeks now with IDD treatment.All I can say is I can't be more delighted,I have gone from virtually hardly any movement in my upper body to getting 60% better and I'm only half way through my first set of ten treatment's.Cannot wait until the the end result.Also like to add how nice and professional all the staff are.

The service at this clinic was terrible. On my most recent visit I had to wait for over 40 minutes while being moved from one room to another, then spoken to for 5 seconds before Craig went to deal with another patient. This kind of thing has happened each of 5 times I've been. They are very short staffed and think they can deal with far to many patients. The treatment was okay but I never felt like I had his full attention, and I wasn't sure of his recommendations.
