I do not recommend shopping online here. My online order was never processed or acknowledged, even though it was paid for in full.
They did not even respond to emails or phone calls to get the issue resolved.
Luckily, I had paid via PayPal and was able to get my money back via the resolution centre.

I have never not had excelent service here. As a novice i need alot of advice on tools and equipment, how to use and maintain it and they have always given me the time i need. For this reason i prefer to shop here than other chain shops or online. Buy local!

Not happy at all with this company. Ordered item no shipping updates, said in stock on their website. I called to check the status and they told me it's on backorder until May. Useless and horrible service. Stay well clear of these guys if you are buying online.

Excellent selection of arboricultural tools and equipment. The company is generally aimed at the 'professional' arb market rather than the enthusiastic amateur. Good brand variety and good practical advice from staff. They also have a workshop for repairs. On the downside, it's a bit tricky to fit if you haven't been there before and parking is limited.

Professional advise on all garden or forest equipment. Nice to be able to handle and get the feel of what you want before buying. Good range of products for sale from lawn mowers to wood chippers. All set up for you ready to work not in a box of bits with a person on the phone if it's wrong.

Exemplary service from these guys. As I have to travel down from mid Wales the two times I've had chipper issues they've sorted it straight away. With the last issue John met me outside of working hours and fixed the blades within 30 minutes. Would reccommend these guys to everyone.

I visited the site on a sat but it was closed but that was my fault as I should have checked their opening times. I then rang them on 2 separate occasions a few days later but no one answered. I then rang Blackwood Chainsaws who had the new chains in stock and I collected them the same day.
