never saw any results from treatment of botox.lost £390. but they did call to discuss coming for appointment which will cost me more time and expense again. nice clinic not knocking that. just didn't work for me.think I gave a fair honest review .

I visited today for treatment and cannot be happier. Orla is amazing and Nick is second to none. The clinic is immaculate. Nick is a perfectionist and Orla was amazing and held my hand the entire time to ease my nerves whilst chatting away, such a lovely couple.
I will be back when I next need a ‘pick me up’ and will defo be recommending to my clients near and far. Thank you xx❤️

I like the staff at the clinic. I have been there for hair removal, the results were satisfying and I would definitely go for other treatments. The prices vary to suit everybody and the members of staff are kind, friendly and professional, especially Amy.

I visited this establishment first on Monday 24th February at 9am in the morning but sadly I had to cancel my appointment and leave as the beautician was late and did not get there even until 9:30 due to weather conditions and traffic so rearranged it for 10am the following day. The next day everything went well, I have been seen on time and I can only wish I wasn't. I had an appointment for eyebrow threading and I have explained clearly that I only want a tidying up and gave exact instructions how I would like it to be done but sadly my requirements were fallen on deaf ears. I ended up with two very messed up eyebrows, thin as a rail and uneven and just lost their shape and all the hair that I have been growing back in the past 7 months. I utterly hate the result and it will take a great length of time to correct this unprofessional "mistake" and in the meantime I will have to use makeup to cover it up which I never had to in the past as I had naturally thick and well shaped eyebrows but thanks to Face etc I no longer have them. I did mention to the beautician once I saw the results in the mirror that they are way to thin but she explained that she just wanted to give me an arch lift so I did not want to argue any further however, I would like to raise my dissatisfaction and concerns so others won`t end up like me. I will certainly never visit again not even for other treatments and won`t recommend this establishment either.

If you are looking for the best breast surgeon then look no further. I can not recommend Nick Rhodes highly enough. Three years ago I had breast surgery with another surgeon which went very wrong, I had several revision surgeries but the results were not good. I spent months searching for another specialist breast surgeon to put things right but not one would take on the complex surgery I needed. They all said that more surgery would only make things worse. I felt lost and totally devastated. I had spent thousands and my breasts were different sizes, asymmetric and I had lots of unnecessary scaring. Then a friend recommended Nick. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. In fact all the team at face etc are so friendly and supportive.Nick was honest, caring and confident he could help me but I never expected getting the results I did. He exchanged my implants and gave me a uplift. He also corrected the asymmetry and some how managed to remove all the scars from all my previous operations. So like I said if you want the best breast surgeon, look no further.
The clinic in York is absolutely amazing too, it offers a wide range of treatments. Myself and my friends all love the other treatments including Botox and fillers and would highly recommend it.

My daughter and l visited here for a treat and cannot praise Orla Rhodes and her wonderful team enough.
From entering to leaving the clinic you are put at ease.
The amazing and magical Dr Rhodes is a genuine, clever and very caring Surgeon who works for the National Health Service repairing and saving many peoples lives and I have nothing but admiration for him.
We believe that he cares about the advice and treatment he gives you at the clinic and In fact he advises against things you want if he thinks it’s not needed. His lovely Wife Orla works alongside him.
No hesitation in giving five stars plus.

From the moment you arrive at Medispa York, you are made to feel very welcome. The receptionist's make you feel relaxed and offer refreshments on arrival. All their therapists are very professional and I love the fact that the salon owners invest in their staff through on-going training. I have enjoyed facial treatments with Steph, who's happy smiling face I looking forward to seeing on my weekly visits. Excellent customer service and outstanding professionalism!

I have been coming here for many years, and to the old location..I just love it, staff are super friendly and professional all treatments have been excellent, now several of my friends come too. Would always recommend it's peaceful, tranquil and calm. the decor is fab.

The team at Face ETC have been great all the way through my treatment, from reception, consultation to the procedure.
Mr Rodes and his lovely assistant and wife are extremely welcoming, professional and made me feel relaxed and confident in the treatment to be performed. I have already recommended it to many of my friends, who are looking great too.

I have been coming to Face etc. for more than two years and until my most recent wax I have only had good things to say about it, even convincing several of my friends to start coming here for their waxes. However, last week I endured one of the most painful waxes I have ever had, which I would not have minded had I not found a patch of hair when I returned home that had been completely missed. The next morning I also found some tiny blister-like mounds at the hair follicles, which I have never had before. My guess is that the waxer must have been quite inexperienced to have caused me so many problems, so I'd definitely recommend asking for the most experienced waxers if you are thinking of coming here just to be safe.

spent a day ringing round many other spas in york who wer either rude (BELLEZA) didnt know what they wer on about (5 SENSES SPA) and chucked me in waiting room for 45 mins with no reply (YORK ROYALE HOTEL)
